Great bowling session
Nice bowling session. Fun for all the family, just a bit noisy but to be expected with all the playing machines.
Free parking is a nice touch.

Terrible service
Ordered food was missing and the ones that arrived didn't have enough. For example one kids meal had 4 nuggets and chips and another came with 2 and half the amount of fries. They also forgot one meal. Terrible service by staff. Felt like everyone working there were on their first at work. Only helpful person was the manager, although she told people what to rather than actually resolve any issues.

I arrived to be left standing there…
I arrived to be left standing there whilst staff stood in the reception area. I appreciate if they are busy but I think it is good customer service to be acknowledged.
I paid £135 for 2 games of bowling for 5 adults and 3 juniors. We all had to go on one lane as they had messed up the lanes. This took ages and the children became bored.
I noticed the lane next to us was empty around round 8 of our first game and asked to be moved to that for our next game. This was done but I felt they should of initiated it. Not the customer.
It is an expensive experience and to not be given what we booked is not ideal.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Free on site parking if you park in their spaces and register your vehicle.
Venue was clean and bowling lanes in good condition. Was slightly too noisy with the arcade machines and music, but to be expected in this type of place.

Was really good just not very organised…
Was really good just not very organised my party helper kept wondering off. I wasn't sure what I was doing next. Kids had a lovely birthday party tho

The kids loved the bowling
The kids loved the bowling they had a great time. Was a great experience for them. Had loads of fun and giggles. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

Tried to kick us out for no reason!
It was a group of 7 of us celebrating an important birthday that had been pre-booked. We were never made aware of the time limit that we had; it was not in the email confirmation, and nobody informed us at check-in. We were about to start our second game when a member of staff came to say we overran and they were going to shut our game off. When we explained to them that at no point were we told how long we had, they did not want to listen, it was only by bringing up the email confirmation that had NO time limit that they let us continue. There was no apology, or any form of compensation. Completely ridiculous, and fair to say we left unimpressed.

It was great fun
It was great fun but he lane glitched a few times and allowed extra goes sometimes. Food was ok, basic but a great deal with 2 games and a burger meal for £10! Came out hot and was pretty tasty.
