The refurbishment of the bar/reception with new dining tables and seating made the venue look bigger, more open and cleaner and fresher. The staff member looking after our lanes was friendly and helpf... Voir plus

The place was very noisy particularly the slot machine area. Very poor signs on the machines so our grandchildren and ourselves could ot find out the cost in tokens of particular machines.
Great experience and have a fun time playing bowling there, the lanes were cleaned as soon as they got free after a game.

Bowling & drinks too expensive, too loud. Updated card only games payment, no prior information regarding updates, therefore required a member of staff to explain the “card” process, which she did.
Like the updated equipment, monitors etc.

Enjoyed the bowling also like the atmosphere.I think half price Tuesday is a great idea.we had half price drinks as well.four people£34 for 2games you can’t beat that.booking is easy staff always helpful and easy to park the car for free.

The lanes were clean
The lanes were clean. Got served at the bar quickly. A group of kids who were probably too young to be bowling without a parent were messing around on a lane a few down from us. Felt the staff could have explained the need to behave and not break the equipment.

Absolute great experience of children…
Absolute great experience of children did enjoy it a bit on the price and expensive site but other than that. We had a lot of fun would I go again? Yes but not as often as I’d like to due to the expensive price as I have a big family the kids did enjoy the arcade Side and we thought they were fairly priced and a good system with having the Top-up card made it a lot easier to access the games.

Very helpful staff, but getting less value each year. Last time we booked party pack for 25 kid it came with squash.

Recently had my daughter’s 9th birthday party here. Really well organised, staff were all really lovely, friendly and helpful. Kids all had an amazing time. Venue was really clean. Overall a great experience would highly recommend!
