We arrived and we're dealt with promptly by friendly staff and guided to our lane. One of our group isceherl chsur bound and needed to use toilet which was facilitated in s cheerful manner by staff.

The room where laser tag took place had just been painted and smell from paint was over powering. My eyes were stinging towards the end and we came out before time had finished.
The music was also too loud and I had children with sensory issues who found that found it uncomfortable. I had never been before so didn’t know it would be like this. Maybe an option to have music off or lowered when you enter.

A very enjoyable time
My husband, grandson and myself had a very enjoyable 2 games of tenpin bowling. The online booking process was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and attentive. When we had a ball blockage it was cleared within minutes of us reporting it. Fun time had by all.

We had a blast
We had a blast. We booked a party for our daughter and her friends. Everything was setup and ready to go. Food was good. Staff were attentive. No complaints really.

First visit for ages. Went with elderly friends. Enjoyed it. A bit noisy but the lady on reception was very helpful in setting the lane up for us
