Our grandsons enjoyed a couple of hours bowling and beating there grandparents. Liked how easy it was to get food and drinks to enjoy during our bowling. Free parking is an added bonus

Great special offers on a Tuesday
Went on a Tuesday and got really good deal on game and drinks. We weren’t sure how to set up scoreboard, but a member of staff did it for us

Good fun , good offer and not too busy
Was looking for something to do in the holidays with my 2 young kids when another plan fell through last minute, managed to book for the same day and was 2 games for £10.
Got on the lane at the right time and there wasn’t hundreds of other people inside which is nice as you can enjoy a good time with the family.

Nice place but completely broken food and drink ordering system
Had a good time bowling here and the place was decently clean. The staff were all super nice too, but ordering food online via the QR code was a total nightmare. We ordered on our phones because we were told that was the easiest way to get food and drinks, but it never showed up. When we went to the counter to check, they told us their system wasn't working and they never saw our order. Once they finally found it, they didn't have what we ordered in stock. This happened twice to our group on two separate orders made at the same time. My order included a drink they ran out of, and my friend ordered a latte but they had no milk. Great for bowling, but definitely skipping the QR code ordering next time!

The light above our lane was out, reported it but no action.
None of the cash exchange machines were working in the arcade, someone eventually came and refilled them but it took so so long and loads of people waiting/complaining.
Bit of a poor state of affairs in the summer holidays when it’s very busy.

Bowling itself was great. Place was spotless and we enjoyed the arcade too.
The food however, was beyond poor.

My booked time was 10am for the lazor…
My booked time was 10am for the lazor quest in the confirmation email and was told to get there 15 minutes before however the door didn't get opened till 10am. So by the time we got booked in i felt we didn't get the full time in the area.

My son had his 11th birthday at laser…
My son had his 11th birthday at laser tag with 10 friends, he had a great time and he enjoyed the pizzas. 2 parties were arranged at the same time, whilst it was fine in the arena. I wasn’t introduced to the party organiser and when the drinks were spilled a few times as the drinking jugs were large. There was a delay tidying it up and the children scattered to different tables, which wasn’t ideal for my son’s party.

Won't be returning
Brought my family to come enjoy 2 games of bowling after school lastnight. The place was absolutely filthy their was tubes coming from the ceiling into buckets.. the tables looked like they hadn't been wiped the balls wasn't coming back out of the machine. Stayed for 1 game and left the other game. Staff quite rude
