Staff went above and beyond, they were incredible. Location had lots to offer and was clean. Food quality not great and some things were expensive- although the deals did support

Birthday Party but place overbooked
Whilst the staff and manager was helpful, it just seemed that the site was overbooked which had a real impact on my daughters birthday. We had to keep chasing everything, we didn’t get any party host over until it was almost over, food was 5 minutes before end and party songs and cake was 20 minutes later with some kids already left. It was a shame, as if given the time I believe the party would have been great but it was a lot of money to be forgotten about or having to keep chasing everything.

Much improved facility
Lots of activities on offer at the centre. Can combine bowling with escape rooms for example. Competitive prices on refreshments.
Only criticism I had was the two lanes we were given had a screen in between, there were other alternatives available without a screen. Also, individuals could not pick whether to have the bumpers or not.

Great atmosphere
Great atmosphere, 10 kids ranging from 2-16 all has fun. Only downfall was having to change my baby girl on the floor in ladies room as no one could find the key for the disabled toilets which is where baby changing is.

The soft play was a big disappointment
The soft play has a magnetic gate that wasn't fully manned so my 1 year old could escape which was exhausting and a risk noting he could potentially access the main doors which led to the carpark.
The arcade being located next to the soft play was loud with lots of flashing lights which meant my small children were not interested as much as they normally would be in the soft play and wanted to see what was happening in the arcade. Being 1 and 4 I don't think this soft play is suitable for small children and I wouldn't plan on returning

Rude visitors and messy area
Afternoon the issue we had with this particular time was we were next to a family that were constantly messing about and swearing and letting balls fall and go into our lane etc even one coming back and hitting my daughters ankle.
I know this isn’t the fault of bowling alley but the table was a mess too and food under the bench which made it a bit of a unhappy visit on that day
