Clean tidy, parking is an issue
Very clean tidy, soft play great for found the actual bowling a bit steep for an hour so skipped thatthey could do with mentioning on the site that parking is a major issue if you can get on there carpark which does not hold many you can not park.anywhere nearby without being clamped or.fined.

Very pleased with service
Very quick checking in and got straight on lane although we were early. Children love the arcade machines .

The bowling was fine but we (along with…
The bowling was fine but we (along with other visitors apparently) didn’t realise the car had to be registered inside and the staff didn’t tell us, so we ended up with a £60 parking fine. It was dark when we arrived and the signs on the car park aren’t clearly visible. Not happy and won’t be going again on principle.

My visit was disappointing, staff do not make any exceptions
My visit was disappointing. I arrived with my toddler, 8 year old and 10 year old. My toddler has hearing loss in both ears and can become overwhelmed in loud busy places, we rarely go out because of this reason.
I asked if my 10 year old could go in the soft play with my toddler to assist her as they are very close and she makes my toddler feel safe.
My 10 year old was about 2 inches taller than the maximum height for soft play, I was told she could not enter as ‘if we let her in, we will have to let them all in’ but I was told I could go in, Bare in mind Im taller than her.
My toddler didn’t want me to go in with her she wanted her big sister to play with her. Hearing aids are extremely dangerous if they come out, they have button batteries which can be life threatening if a child swallows them, which is another reason she needs to be assisted.
I asked to speak to the manager to see if they could make an exception but she also refused my 10 year old entry. I understand rules are in place for some reasons however I believe exceptions should be made especially for disabled children.
My oldest daughter was only going to sensibly watch my toddler. I felt like this was discrimination and it could of easily been accommodated. The wacky warehouse always make this exception for us. I will not be returning, I think its disgusting and it wasn’t dealt with correctly. If I wasn’t meeting with a friend there I would of demanded a refund and left.

We came as a family for my daughters…
We came as a family for my daughters birthday we were told your alley is ready we went over and there was left over food and drinks from the people before us we had to sort it ourselves went to the bar that was covered in wet sticky drinks! Food quality was poor offered no sauces or anything had to go on the hunt for some staff just stood chatting and laughing behind the bar which is fine but it was super busy I would of expected to get to our alley and it be ready no food or drink and it to be clean!!!!

Poor experience at Tenpin Stafford.
I’ve received a £100 parking fine after visiting. It is not clearly signposted that you need to pay or register your car. There is no clear signage on arrival and staff made no mention whatsoever that you need to enter your registration on a terminal. Customers shouldn’t be leaving with fines because of unclear or poorly communicated parking rules.
We also waited over an hour for food after placing our order, with no apology or explanation, which isn't great with a hungry toddler.
Between the parking issue and the excessive wait time, this visit has been nothing but hassle. Won’t be returning, and I’d strongly warn others to be very careful unless you want an unexpected fine through the post.

Bowling, arcade, food, and drink.
My girlfriend & I booked for two games of bowling. We were served immediately upon arrival & within mere minutes we were bowling.
We had a few drinks & some food at our lane. My only criticism of the bowling itself was that some of the bowling balls were heavily worn, with several having chips. However, this should not be held against the team & the overall experience as at such a busy time of year the replenishment of supplies may be slower than normal.
Afterwards we used the amusement arcade for an hour before leaving.
Throughout our time there several members of the team were hard at work keeping the place clean & tidy. This shows a level of care & attention throughout the opening hours that in other places is only done at the close of business.
I am a regular visitor to Ten Pin Stafford & will continue to be if this most recent visit is a reflection of regular ongoings there.

Best time ever with the kids staff was so lovely we went on the 18th December and they was so lovely help us when prize was stuck very polite when ordering and explain how to put names on bowling we don't have bowling where we from so was amazing treat and staff made our day best staff ever
