Staff lovely
Staff were all , toilets very clean. The reason I gave 4 stars was the music was extremely loud which is not good for everyone’s hearing.

Friendly and welcoming staff
Staff were friendly and greeted us warmly. A young lady wiped up a spillage we had and cleaned our table. The young man at the reception/check in was lovely and welcoming. Also, we were running late so called and someone very helpful moved our time forward 20 minutes so we’d still be able to play.

Not the best …
It's a shame we have to book online to get the offers as we arrived and couldn't do it that way so played ok the arcade and booked online, also other Easter half term offers aren't available on the actual bank holiday which again isnt good , we had 1 hour bowling with pizza for £40 and the pizza is as thin as a wrap and covered in sauce but not much cheese so they could do better with them .

Food quality and wait time
The bowling was good but I had to wait for ages to get my food. I ordered burger, fries and ice-cream. The burger and fries took like 25 mins before it came and the ice-cream never came. I have to go with a friend like 15-20 minutes later to the person that took my food order before she (the person that took my food order) actually went to get my ice-cream. The burger was plain with no ketchup or pickle. In the menu, I'm pretty sure it stated there'll be other toppings on the burger but there wasn't for me. That's why I'm not giving Tenpin full 5 stars.

We all really enjoyed our day bowling ,the facilities are great . Food and drink was good and all the staff were good .
The ordering process ,eg leaving the large skittle on end of lane, not sure if works that well as it wasn't very visible to the staff on duty , but still had a great time.

Great service
Great service. Instead of getting food or drink on the QR code, but having a serving staff to take your order was very good. Got the drinks much quicker than on the qr code

Great bowling
Good lanes, easy to use screens. Plenty of opportunity to order drinks. It was busy when we were there, but we weren't waiting around for anything. The whole place was kept clean and tidy, including the toilets.
