It was easy to arrange, the staff were helpful and pleasant and the karaoke was really enjoyable. A small tip though, the itinerary could have been explained a little better and Gemma didn't receive... Voir plus

Karaoke was amazing all good absolutely fantastic. Drinks good and service fine and staff very helpful although was busy so an extra staff member on desk/ bar area would have been welcomed

On arrival I mentioned one of the children had a server nut allergy and I asked if the ice cream contained peanut the response I got from one lady employee was a shrug of the shoulders her attitude was not good aa it’s a very serious matter

The bowling facilities were great
The bowling facilities were great. Modern and comfy seating.
Food was terrible for price. Adults served in baskets same size as kids meals. Just extra dry kids burger in the bun. Was poor after waiting 45 mins from order. Chips tasted strange. Won't eat there again.

Great night at tenpin
Great night at tenpin, my family enjoyed the bowling. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Arcade is great for the kids and not expensive.
Food was okay, the chips were lovely, but we didn't really enjoy the burgers and staff got our order wrong.
Overall we had a lovely experience.

Really good service
The booking system was really easy, just gave my name at the desk and the lane was set up easily. Had an issue with the tickets on a game machine and the lovely staff sorted it out straight away.

Bowling party excellent!
Had a party package for bowling was done nicely and staff were great. Played party games and dance competition as well as the bowling and food. Birthday girl loved it.

Easy to book
Easy to book. Staff were friendly. Site was clean and tidy. Game was easy to set up and lots of balls available.
As a family of three we do find it expensive as most of the deals are for larger groups so this stops us going more often
