It was easy to arrange, the staff were helpful and pleasant and the karaoke was really enjoyable. A small tip though, the itinerary could have been explained a little better and Gemma didn't receive... Voir plus

Karaoke was amazing all good absolutely fantastic. Drinks good and service fine and staff very helpful although was busy so an extra staff member on desk/ bar area would have been welcomed

A wonderful time bowling with friends, great atmosphere!
Met with a friend and her son and this was a perfect half way point. Great game of bowling and a choice of various games at the arcade. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere!

Family fun
Easy booking. We went on a Tuesday so great price for bowling and drinks . We ordered drinks to our lane which came quickly and with a smile . A great family evening was had .

Lovely staff and great fun bowling

We booked as a family for bowling and…
We booked as a family for bowling and food for night out. When arrived was told did not have any of the food we had ordered. We were shocked and asked why but was just told we should have been emailed and told which we wasn't. I then explained to receptionist that I didn't think this was good and had paid for service I did not receive. He seem to find this very funny and was grinning and almost laughing which my partner found very unprofessional and was very disappointed. I then asked to speak to a manager and again with a smirk on his face said im the team leader so im in charge. Yes we had wer offered a alternative option but really not what we wanted and spoilt the whole experience. I said to him I come regular but dont think I will be returning again he just said ok. He just seem to take all this has a joke.
