Not been here for a few years - found the interior really too hot to be comfortable - must have been mid/late 20s but felt like mid 30s! If they had air con it certainly wasn’t switched on! Also now... Voir plus

Bowling itself was great
Bowling itself was great. I found there was a lot of waiting at bar area. Quite a few staff but unclear who was checking people in for bowling, who was serving on bar and who was dealing with redeeming arcade tickets. Not a negative point as staff were very polite when served but just didn’t seem very efficient at moving people away.

The experience was dampened by the building being very cold & not pleasant to be in for long. We’ve been to this bowling alley before but never have I known it this cold. We ended up keeping our coats on through most of the game. We ordered food and drinks which wasn’t the best value for money and wasn’t very warm when brought to our table. It’s like the food had been standing somewhere a while before it got to us. It was all a bit underwhelming to be honest and an expensive bad experience. Apart from the fact my grandson would have been disappointed if we had, I would have left as soon as the game was over. Shame really as we usually enjoy our visit.

The venue wax extremely cold
The venue wax extremely cold, when mentioned to a staff member we were told that the heating had been broken all winter.
I do not think this is acceptable when we are paying the going rate. I spent £90 to entertain my grandchildren and the food was barely warm and served without sauces and serviettes and we were really cold and had to keep coats on. The staff were helpful and apologetic but as said we were very disappointed on this trip and not sure we would want to return.

Liked the bowling but the ball jammed and took a while to find someone to sort it.
The food that was ordered was not the best.. bought to us during our first game and it was cold. When it was delivered...not pleasant eating.

One game - a decent family filler
One game, with a mixed age range , was perfect for the wet Sunday afternoon.
It was rather chilly though, once we’d completed the game, we went home to warm up!

My son whos autistic struggled to wait for lane. We are told to come 15 mins prior which we did to then have to wait 20 minutes past time lane should have been ours. Waiting a total of 35 mins. We then felt rushed as next people turned up for their timed sessions. Thia resulted in adults taking kids go to hurry up... when getting to play on our designated lane, the lane was not cleared from food baskets and bottles. I did speak to member of staff their response was well its not our fault we are busy. It was my sons birthday and feel our experience ruined the day

Not for the first time!
Not for the first time the majority of lanes were all bunched up rather than spread out. Half the place was empty but we had been put next to a family small children who were using the stands, very excited but all over our side as well. To be fair when I asked to be moved it was done but I don’t understand why you would put customers in that position in the first place, also if you spread people out it will look busier. The heating was also broken so the place was very cold.

Had an ok time.
Took a group to use the karaoke room. We had an ok time but it wasn’t anything we’d rush back to do. One of the staff who served us our drinks and food had a bit of an attitude because we had put the wrong room number on the order although I did try and explain that the member of staff that had set us up had told us to put that so wasn’t really our fault.

Family night out
Its always a good time when we come bowling. My mum, especially enjoys it, even more so when she wins.
There is lots to do, from bowling to the pool tables, even the kareoke room is fun.
Plenty of drinks to choose from.
Its a great night for all ages.

Great place.
We have a slight issue at the lane told the gentleman behind the kiosk and he sorted it there and then. Great choice of drinks. Games were all working and we had a lovely evening.

Bowling great, however ….
Bowling great, although area had not been cleaned and dirty glasses were still upon table clearly stating area had not been cleaned down. As there are divides up between stations, cleaning the area of used glasses would be a priority before the next group.

Slow service
The process of booking in seems very inefficient as it takes ages for each party to be booked in, resulting in a long wait each time we visit.
