Very good service but the post office mangled the first parcel up and it arrived a month late!!

All delivered quickly and efficiently. I have had my interferential machine for many years and it has repaired my back on many occasions. I just ordered new pads this time as the stickiness goes after a while.

Excellent customer service
Tenscare have been superb from purchase to after care. I had a little issue where i couldn't figure something out with the device. I called up and got a lovely lady to help out. My problem was solved in minutes! Truly wonderful service, I would recommend TensCare to anyone suffering from pain

Dear Rochelle, we have reached out to you via email but received no response so wanted to try contacting you here as well. The lead you have ordered does not fit your device as it is designed for a different model, this is stated in the item description along with instructions on how to be sure you are choosing the correct accessory for your device.
We understand sometimes this can be missed, so we would love to work through this with you. If you could please reply to our email it would be much appreciated.

Dear Laura, we are sorry you feel this way but this is not true at all. We have been trying to resolve your query however you have, on more than one occasion, stopped replying to us when we have asked for further evidence of your complaint. As mentioned in our last email, we cannot offer a refund without following our refund policy, which is to obtain photos and serial numbers of any items claimed to be faulty so we can investigate further.
Once provided, we will be happy to work through your claim with you, however if you do not reply to us we cannot help you.
This really works for me
This really works for me, I've relied on sumatriptan for years but I thought I'd give this a go. Its rechargeable and has won industry standard awards. It has taken away or greatly reduced migraines for me, I have to use a high setting. The only reason I can't give it five stars is because the pads are not very sticky... my mother and sister have tens machines and the pads on theirs are massively more sticky. My Mynd ones almost from the start began curling up at either end which disconnects the electrodes to a big extent. I've tried a light coat of water, and a proprietary solution supposed to aid pads stick, but neither worked. In the end I used tape to hold down either end on my head, which looks insane but does actually work. Better pads please TensCare! Then no problem five stars.
Update on the review. I called TensCare and spoke with an extremely pleasant and helpful member of their team, she told me they are working on "stickier" pads. In the mean time she is sending me out some spare pads and apparently there is a headband that can hold the Mynd in place and she is sending me one of those also... all free of charge! So customer support and the help given makes this now a five star product for me.

Honest helpful most importantly patient as my explanation of problems can in itself be problematic, not satisfied with £ of electrodes or not being able to connect other types needed rather than a different machine type but information customer care is ace

Brilliant personal service
I emailed about availability of a product and had a reply within hours, written by a real person who gave really good advice. So often companies send out automated replies that don't answer the question. Top marks for personal service.

Great products and great service
My first machine from Tenscare lasted years and is still working but the leads are showing signs of wear. Sadly they are not made anymore so I treated myself to a new machine. Excellent service and advice from the office and really prompt delivery.

My order took two months to get to me…
My order took two months to get to me and it was not delivered at my door I had to fetch it from a post office. And this after no one let me know it was even there. I struggled about a week just to get a reply so I could travk my parcel

Dear customer, thank you for your review. We are sorry you feel this way, however the delays you experienced were unfortunately beyond our control.
The courier could not deliver your order as there was no one at the address to sign for it, therefore it was taken back to the depot awaiting collection or a redelivery request. This was reflected in the tracking sent when the order was despatched. We understand these emails are sometimes missed, so you reached out to us to confirm your tracking, which we did on the same day of your enquiry.
We as the sender are not notified when the recipient is not home to receive a delivery, so we were unable to contact you to advise this. However, the couriers sometimes leave a card and it is always reflected in the order tracking.
Our apologies again that you were unsatisfied with the service you received, we hope you enjoy your product nonetheless.
