We recently had new windows and a bifold door installed by Advanced Windows, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

From the very start, James, our sales representative, was absolutely fantastic. There was no pressure to buy, unlike other companies we’d spoken to who tried to push us into signing on the spot. Instead, James invited us to visit the showroom at a time that suited us, where we could take our time viewing the products and exploring all the options available.

We had a particular look in mind, and during our visit to the warehouse with James, we found exactly what we wanted. The whole process felt relaxed, honest, and professional, so we decided to go ahead. The turnaround time was excellent, less than three weeks from order to installation.

When the installation day arrived, John and Kieran, the fitters, turned up exactly as planned. Before starting any work, they introduced themselves and took great care to protect our home, covering furniture and flooring, and applying carpet film wherever they would be walking.
Throughout the installation, their attention to detail, politeness, and respect for our home were exceptional.

The job took three days, and at the end of each day the team tidied up thoroughly, leaving everything spotless. The final result is simply amazing, the new windows and bifold door look outstanding.

We used to have to put masking tape around our old windows in winter to stop the draughts, but now the difference is instant and incredible.

We’ve even had neighbours stop by to compliment how good everything looks, and people have slowed down outside to take photos!

Overall, the service from start to finish has been outstanding, and we can’t recommend Advanced Windows highly enough.

I had windows/door installed a couple of years ago and they are still doing their job! Sales guy was brilliant and when I had a small issue there were no questions, they just came out and fixed it. Would absolutely recommend Adavance.

Had our French doors fitted by Advanced and from start to finish everything was excellent. Wullie did the installation for us and when he left you never would've even known he'd been there... so tidy and professional. Had to phone up to get the doors adjusted slightly and Debbie in customer care was brilliant and sorted everything for us. Highly recommend

Paul & John are great workers, were neat and tidy, very pleasant and helpful, and done a cracking job.

Have used them before and would use them again. Highly recommended.

Bought windows for the front of my house 3 years ago and was very happy with them, they developed a fault on the window sills and I called to have them rectified it couldn't have been easier 1 call and an email to the company with pictures and absolutely no problem getting them fixed, 1 week later as expert fitter was at my house repairing them, after sales service was second to none and I will be getting an estimate to replace all the windows at the back when I can afford them 👍🏿

Had 2 lads from Advanced fit new windows in and they done excellent job.
They also went extra mile for me and fitted a cowl over my airbrick as I didn't have the equipment to do it myself.
Will definitely contact them again for when I'm ready to get new doors.

I got all my windows replaced this week by John & Keiran from Advanced Group. From start to finish their workmanship was excellent. So efficient, tidy & had a great sense of humour . I am delighted with my windows & a job 100% done.

A few years ago we got a new front door fitted, to be honest we had a few issues, but the Advanced group were brilliant at sorting things for us. This made it an easy choice for selecting the to replace our windows. From start to finish the team have been excellent, Derek in sales really knows his stuff and the fitters Richard and Jason and Scott were extremely hard working and had the attention to detail required. We are delighted with our windows and your company.

I contacted The Advance Group East Kilbride with a view to replacing all windows and doors in my detached house. The salesman Harry was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about installation. We had a bay window in our living room which I wanted replaced with a flat window and this was carried our quickly and expertly. I also needed some plastering work and a couple of minor adjustments which were done by appointment after the installation. I am really happy with the quality of the windows and doors and the workmanship and the property is noticeably warmer. I am delighted that I chose this company and would definitely recommend them. The installers Richard and Jason were excellent.

I had new windows and a door fitted to the sum of 13k, initially the door didn’t seem to seal properly a surveyor came out and said it was fine. We had white shutters fitted then noticed from the outside they looked green apart from a middle bay that was clear glass and the shutter looked white. Surveyor came back and agreed the glass was green tinged and said he would replace, he checked the door again and said a hinge was broken, he checked the silicone on the inside as we told him it was tackie and he agreed it hadn’t set. Eventually the staff came with new front window glass which is still green and the fitter agreed it was still green, they where meant to cut the silicone out but just cleaned it and skimmed over it leaving a bit of a mess and told us the door needed 3 new hinges and still not fixed. We have had to do the chasing, they have never followed up once, we’re still waiting on them to call us and were extremely disappointed.

I am over the moon with my new windows and doors. From the initial meeting to the installation all staff have been friendly, polite, considerate and informative.

I just cannot thank everyone at The Advanced Group enough

Arranged for estimate for work needing done was agreed for 2.00pm person doing estimate called 10mins prior to his arrival to ask could we make it a other day,nothing like a bit of notice advance just cancel their and then as I thought it was very poor told me he had travel back to Eastkilbride then sent a text a text saying he could come at 3.30 don’t bother very poor customer service

From start to finish excellent service Derek the salesman was so patient and certainly knew his stuff. Both installers John and Andrew worked their socks off not even stopping for tea!! Really tidy workers too absolutely no mess probably tidier than when they came in!! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend love our new doors. Thank you

Stephen and Donald did the fitting of my new front door. Their workmanship and attention to details was exemplary, their attitude and professionalism was highly commendable and their clean-up and customer care was superb.

Service from start to finish was excellent. We were looking for 2 external doors to be fitted and Nicola came out to discuss our options. There was no pressure to purchase and she equipped us with all the information to enable us to make an informed choice. Told us how the process would work and provided us with suitable install dates, no issues and install was very smooth. Very pleased with our new doors and wouldn’t hesitate to use the Advanced Group in future.

Just had new door installed. Service has been superb from the moment we made an enquiry. Within 24 hours, Nicola had made contact and provided us with an informal quote, confirming our choices before sending us a formal quote and contract very soon after. Just had all our windows and doors replaced and can’t rate this company highly enough. From visiting the showroom in East Kilbride and speaking to James who gave us great service and advice to the 2 fitters John and Kieran who were 1st class!
