Absolutely loved our new windows but one thing let this company down! Aftercare service! No one contacted us after the windows were fitted yes, we could have contacted them but as a customer we shouldn't have needed to. Long story short we plastered the small areas that needed it. "Advanced Group" aftercare customer service is important to all businesses if you had kept in touch and came back to tidy up around my new windows it would have been 5 stars

Recently had our new windows and doors fitted by Advanced Group. Right from my visit at the showroom with James to fitting last week, we are delighted with the whole process. Robert and John were a fantastic team, working right through the three days, fixing all the issues they discovered. The new windows were finished off to the highest standard. Highly skilled, friendly and cleaned and tidied up as they went. Delighted with the new windows and doors. Excellent!

It is unuaual these days to find a company that does exactly what they say they will do, especially due to our remotness, but the Advanced team did just that. I made the initiel contact on a Thursday 6th March and James and Graham arrived on Monday 10th March, measured up, discussed in detail our requirements, and aranged to replace all our windows starting Monday31 March. David the fitter arrived as planned and the whole job was finished on Thursday 3 April. David was extremely meticulous in ensuring that he carried out the work to our satisfaction. He checked every part of the process with us and made sure that any disruption was kept to the minimum. The windows are of the highest quality and we are delighted with them, I can not speak highly enough of the Advanced Group and their staff, all in all a wonderful experience.

All went great from the first contact I made with them. All dates for survey etc were adhered to. Nicola the sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful when deciding what was required. John and Kieran arrived on time to fit the new windows & doors and worked constantly every day to get the job done, tidying up as they went. Would not hesitate to recommend.

From the sales experience with Nicola to the installation by John & Kieran we had a seamless and straightforward process. So refreshing to have tradesmen who arrive on time and do a full days work. John & Kieran done an excellent job, great finish and left my house and surrounding area very tidy. Highly recommend The Advanced Group and totally love my new windows & door.

We recently had our windows, doors and patio doors upgraded by Advanced group. The quote was really competitive and they were also able to fit the windows before Christmas despite us only starting the process in November.

John and Kieran did an excellent job fitting the windows. They were neat and tidy, have a good eye for finishing, kept us informed, cleaned up well, worked round our furniture and Christmas decorations, sorted snags immediately and finished ahead of schedule.

There was a bit of a delay in getting the doors manufactured, but as soon as they were in John and Kieran were back and fitted them.

Really happy with the finish and the fitting. Would recommend Advanced.

Good price for the window installation, no surprises and the installers did a great job.

We had a little hiccup with the locking mechanism of our patio doors. It will be 2 years this November since we had the work done by the Advanced Group and I left glowing feedback then. It was arranged that someone would call around to look at our doors and it was all attended to just under 2 weeks from my call. Small matter-great attention. Customer service does not happen by accident, it happens by reputation and action. This company exceeded and continue to exceed all expectations. Thank you so much.

Very pleased with my new windows, such a quick turn around from quote to fitting. The fitters Robert and John where absolutely fantastic, they worked non stop over the two days each night my house was spotless, they even fixed my front door for me and put up my living room blind. Would definitely recommend.

So pleased with my windows and doors. Cannot recommend this company highly enough excellent service from start to finish. James gave us good advice and Paul/John the fitters were first class too not a speck of dust left. Very professional finish.

Made a call to get a quote it's 1 month since then and our triple glazing has just been completed over the last 3 days

Had triple glazing windows fitted throughout my home on Thursday and Friday of last week by Richard and and Jordan. 2 nicer guys you couldn't meet. The efficiency of their work and the quality of the finish has delighted my wife and I. We are repeat customers having had doors installed in 2018.

As soon as they arrived the first thing that impresses you is the way they protect your carpets/flooring by putting down the sheeting. Other companies just trample through your house without a care that their dirty boots (particularly in winter) leaves a right mess.

Richard and Jordan worked away brilliantly together and had 10 windows fitted and expertly sealed within 2 days.

None of them seemed to stop for a break or go for something to eat.

They tidied everything up after themselves and were absolutely brilliant.

Bad weather on the Friday did not stop Jordan sealing the windows externally in the heavy rain and darkness along with cleaning everything away.

Superb the 2 of them. Highly recommend Advanced Group for all windows doors etc. Their attractive zero % interest free finance are great too.

If you are lucky enough to get Richard and Jordan fitting them you have got the best.

Got front windows done triple glazing to reduce noise but the windows don’t reduce noise they make the noise of the road louder have had them out 3 times and all they say is that they where not sealed properly but the noise is still there and this didn’t fix the problem have had thermal imaging done on windows to show that there is still gaps around windows but that means the pvc has to be taken off to get this fixed have just given up chasing them to get this fixed .Update only one window was done back then and as for sales man I told him I wanted windows to reduce sound from outside.if u say that there isn't anything wrong with my windows but hearing cars going past that are 400 yards away is OK I think ur wrong but ha you got your money so that's it .shocking service .

This really was a 5 star service from The Advanced Group from start to finish. Nicola provided an amazing service, taking such care and time in helping us design the right windows for our home. She really went above and beyond in providing advice - even keeping in contact with me when she was on holiday! Installation over three days by David & Sean was outstanding. Really nice guys and excellent fitters. Each night they left the house tidier than when I left it - I was sad to see them go! The quality and finish on all the windows is excellent. Our living room window is very large but the guys made installation of it look easy. All in all, a fantastic experience and I would recommend to anyone looking for a great service at competitive prices from a lovely team.

This is the second time I have used The Advanced Group for new windows installation.
When we recently moved house I quickly got in touch with Nicola and we were able to discuss what style would be best suited for the house.
I was initially looking at sash and case but being on a Main Street with road noise Nicola recommended Tilt and Turn with Georgian bar with acoustic glass.
The end result is amazing and the work done by Steven and Donald (fitters) was great, considering the freezing temperatures that day.
There is quality in there product, pride in their workmanship and importantly competitive pricing.

I recently got a door and window fitted by the advanced group. The process from the start was speedy and smooth. On the day of fitting David and Sean, the fitters, noticed a scratch on one of the panes of the window. They pointed it out to me and said they would contact the company to get that unit replaced. Three days later the unit was replaced. It was refreshing to deal with a company where remedial work was done swiftly and without me having to chase them up. I was very impressed with everybody I dealt with in this company. They are quite pricey compared to some other companies but their customer service is head and shoulders above the rest. I am confident if i had any other problems they would be prompt and professional.
