The Advanced Group 

From the initial order to the instalation all went very smoothly. The instalation boys Paul and John were brilliant and very professional and proficient. They works extremely hard in very warm weather and we're excellent as was the finish and the products.

Absolute grafters. Didn't stop. Not even for a cup of tea.
I was expecting a mess to clear up. But they cleared everything up as soon as they finished the job.
From start to finish. Stephen organised our job to be done 23rd and 24th July. Surveyor Graeme followed up after that and suggested a couple of changes. Which we're really happy with.
Paul and John arrived exactly when they said they would.
Love our windows and can definitely recommend Advanced Group.

Recently had windows and doors fitted from advanced group and couldn’t recommend them highly enough from visiting the showroom and speaking to salesman James from having them fitted by Paul/John very professional fitters no mess tidied up and the finished results are outstanding great workmanship and friendly Company and I would highly recommend

Nicola in sales was great, very patient as I had a delay in confirming the order and then a delay to the install date from my end. This is the second time I have used the company (previously in 2007 at a previous address) and I fully recommend the product quality, customer service and installation experience from Advanced Group. A+

Nicola sales rep was very helpful. It was a no pressure conversation but her knowledge of all the different options was exceptional. I decided to go ahead on the same day. Lead time was a few weeks due to bespoke nature of the work, but the install crew were super professional and the finish perfect. I have deliberately waited 3 months to write this review and can confirm all is still working perfectly with zero issues

We recently moved to a new house and decided to replace the existing windows and doors as they were old and needed updating. After some research, we called Advanced to arrange a quote. Received a callback quickly to arrange a suitable date to get a quote.

A few days later, Derek came out as arranged and talked us through all our options. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He also suggested that we pop into the showroom to see the products we were talking about before committing to anything. Later that day, we received our quote via email with pictures of each product we were considering.

The following day, we went to the showroom to see the style of windows and doors we were going to have installed. Again, all staff were very friendly and after a few adjustments were made to our order, a full survey was arranged, along with an installation date a few weeks later.

2 days later, the detailed survey was carried out and the surveyor walked through each product with us to make sure everything was as required and talked us through a couple of things which would be done to make sure everything fitted perfectly.

A few weeks later, as arranged, work commenced. Installation took 3 days due to needing 6 normal windows, 2 doors, French windows and a huge front window. The 2 lads who came out to do the work were friendly and hard working, they hardly took a break throughout the entire installation and were happy to answer any questions we had during the job. The work was completed to an extremely high standard and they tidied up after themselves each day.

Overall, I can say that The Advanced Group may not be the cheapest option but they are the best. Like the title says - you get what you pay for and we are delighted we decided to go with them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The joiners did a good job, but the survey missed the need to replace a facing board and reinstall an outside light. The company were offhand when this was pointed out and I had to get an electrician to complete the work today.

Late April/early in May I invested in triple glazing throughout the house supplied and fitted by the Advanced Group.
Many glazing suppliers are currently advertising so choosing Advanced was a shot in the dark but my choice proved to be a good one and ,I expect ,a sound investment!
Here’s why..
Nicola was the “initial face of the Advanced group”.
When we met I was impressed by her knowledge of the product,her detailed and thorough explanation of the merit of each type of glazing,her informative manner and the confidence and conviction she had in the product she demonstrated.
At no time during her presentation did I feel pressured into buying and as I reflect on the process I couldn’t help but be impressed by her professional manner and easy to understand delivery!
This young lady knew her stuff..she knew the quality of the product and the production team she represented!
My meeting with her,and subsequent telephone calls to finalise the details including financial options,only served to reinforce the high opinion I had of her.
The fitting of the glazing was the final part in a seamless process.
The fitters arrived on time.
They were respectful to me and my property.
They worked conscientiously and never gave me a moments’worry.
After two days the glazing was in situ and I am totally satisfied.
A team effort which everyone at Advanced can be proud of.
This “shot in the dark” proved to be an inspired choice…..from beginning to the end .

We had a failed triple glazed unit replaced recently after giving 8 years of good service.

The whole process from initial email to fitting of the replacement glass unit was smooth and hassle free. The Company kept us informed throughout. The overall service we had from them was simply brilliant.

Jim and John, the two guys who did the actual replacement, were great ambassadors for the business. Polite, sociable and thorough.

Really pleased with the end result.

From start to finish the service and professionalism has been great.
Stephen in sales was extremely helpful, not at all pushy and gave excellent advice both in the showroom and in our home.
Graham the surveyor was polite and helpful when he did the survey.
And then the fitters David and Pearce fitted 11 windows and 2 doors over the last 3 days. They did an amazing job, working so hard and tidying everything as they went. The windows and doors are really stunning, just beautiful!
And finally Gordon called us later today to check in, finalise payment etc and again so professional.
We really can’t recommend this company enough. We are SO glad that we went with Advanced, and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants great quality windows and doors with excellent customer service too.

Very happy with the windows and service provided. Nicola was fab, got in touch quickly after my initial enquiry and explained how everything works. At the house she wasn't pushy and answered all our questions honestly, which we really appreciated after dealing with quite a few "full on" sales people from other companies prior to her visit. Along with what we felt was a reasonable price, we decided to go with Advanced Group largely because of Nicola. They worked around us and our work schedules. Guys that fitted the windows did a brilliant job, very neat and we love the finished result. Would definitely recommend.

The installation of our new doors and windows has just been completed. This has made a really impressive difference to what used to be a very chilly and drafty home. The product itself looks really robust and secure and we're really surprised at how dramatically more light the new windows and frames seem to provide.
The fitters, Richard and Jordan, were very professional, respectful of our home, worked really hard and made the installation process as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend Advanced Windows for their product and for the fitting service.
