Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I’m sorry to read of your disappointment and would genuinely like to resolve this for you.

After checking our records, I can see that your review was submitted on 26th December. Our most recent email correspondence with you was on 29th December, where we kindly approved a straight forward exchange for one item to a shorter length, which we are currently awaiting receipt of. During our email communication, no issue was mentioned on your side regarding any issue with the product themselves, so it's certainly against the flow of communication to learn of this through Trustpilot.

At the time of your request, only one replacement was available in stock, which we specifically reserved for you to ensure it did not sell out. This item remains set aside for you.

The issue described in your review is certainly not reflective of how we manufacture our products. All of our chains are manufactured to ISO 9001 standards and soldered during manufacture including the end caps and rings. This is something we take great care with. To help us investigate properly we kindly ask that you share a photograph of the issue via your open support ticket.

I also left you a voicemail to offer reassurance and assistance but as of 21st January are still awaiting to hear back.

We take workmanship concerns very seriously and are committed to ensuring you are looked after. We look forward to hearing from you and getting this resolved promptly.
