The delivery guy was really good , it was very hot and he was struggling to train a new lad, felt sorry for him as he was clearly not competent in lifting and manoeuvring heavy pre built furniture.
My white walls ended up with quite a few scuffs and marks.
One chest of drawers was not built properly and the delivery guy took photos to send to the boss to get it replaced.
We are still waiting and have heard nothing as of yet.

The Clearance Zone completely exceeded my expectations. I phoned on Monday morning to ask about the Wentworth KD Corner Dining Set with Static Table. Chris was incredibly helpful, processed my order over the phone, and went out of his way to fast-track delivery to Wednesday so I could have it before the weekend.

I was kept informed throughout the process, and it arrived right on time via a very friendly and courteous driver.

The quality of the Wentworth set is fantastic and looks really great on the patio. I especially like the ceramic glaze effect on the glass table top—it gives it a premium finish and keeps cooler in the sun.

As a quick note for future buyers, the two stools don't both tuck completely under the table together as advertised on some retail websites, but that isn't an issue for me.

Assembly was very straightforward, though I highly recommend using a ratchet spanner instead of the tool provided to speed things up.

Now we are all set up and ready for a busy weekend/summer of entertaining. Highly recommended!

From the warm welcome on entering the store, to the delivery of corner suite, service was second to non. Knowledgeable, helpful staff. No hard sell. On ordering and payment all info given on procedure, delivery dates etc. All followed according to plan. Rang to say suite in as told would happen. Time slot given for delivery and adhered to. Delivery men cheerful, respectful and efficient. Customer care felt like a priority. Very happy.

The store held my furniture due to my garden work being delayed, once garden completed they dispatched the furniture on the date I requested. From purchasing in the store to delivery they were really helpful and professional

All perfect from start to finish. I made a price match request on some garden furniture I found cheaper elsewhere but wasn’t too keen to order having seen the reviews of the other place. Found clearance zones reviews were reassuring. A day after making the request got a call from Jodi who was able to price match which saved me roughly £400 from the retail price. She soon arranged the order over the phone. Slight hiccup on arranging delivery as a week had passed but nobody had called me to arrange delivery I emailed through and was called back within an hour and was able to arrange my delivery next day. They call you the day before your delivery to advise your slot. On the day their delivery driver (unfortunately didn’t get a name) was very polite and respectful. I asked if he could place the boxes in the garage which he was happy to do. He even took the time to explain the contents of each box. I will definitely be using clearance zone again and recommending to family & friends.

Staff were very helpful when viewing, no rushing me, told me when they would ring for delivery, were on time ,the lads who delivered were very polite and helpful altogether a positive experience, would go there again

Once you choose your suite, it's all made to order, they keep you informed, unfortunately the colour I chose was delayed, they called me and asked if I wanted to come in and choose a different colour, but I was fine to wait.
I received a delivery date and time once everything was ready, the delivery quys were brilliant,placed everything were I wanted it to go.

Very helpful staff, let us wander round on our own, no hassle, but answered all our questions. Delivered on time, gave us delivery time on day, took the bed to the room we wanted, very efficient. Would definitely recommend & shop there again.
