The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.
Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.
Our wide range of Garden Furniture sets us appart from the competition where we have 1000's of items available and 100's on display across our three stores. Each of these sets qualify for FREE DELIVERY, ASSEMBLY AND REMOVAL OF PACKAGING - which is a brilliant service and our drivers receive amazing feedback.

Fairly short delivery time. Good communication about delivery date and time. Sofas delivered on time and assembled very quickly/efficiently. All rubbish taken away.

Good experience buying garden furniture

In store the staff went above and…
In store the staff went above and beyond , great service and adapted the patio furniture as to my needs. Delivery was prompt on the day and the two guys who fixed it up and took away all packaging was great guys. Far easier to deal with than other places I looked at in store and on line. Definitely would recommend looking on line then go in store and chat.

Absolute excellent service - the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and really knew what they were talking about. We are so happy with our purchase from initially visiting the store to it being delivered and put together - everything was first class and it was so much cheaper than any where else.
