Kilmarnock store is beautiful, huge range of furniture. The prices are very reasonable, most people expect very expensive, it is definitely not.
Customer Service is fantastic, everyone is friendly, even offer a coffee. Jacqui served me this time, moving tables and lamps to make sure I was completely happy with my purchases.

Robbie was excellent! I walked in and was made to feel comfortable to browse. No pushy sales people just relaxed and advised we are here if you need us. Then when I needed help Robbie and a couple of the girls were so accommodating, they checked everything and then double checked, showed me different styles and Robbie told me to take my time which was brilliant. I got exactly what I wanted. Why go to the bigger stores who hassle you as soon as you step in the door when you can go and you feel looked after from the moment you step in. My advise to anyone looking for sofas etc go see Robbie and the team in Kilmarnock, you feel listened to and they take their time. Do yourself a favour don’t spend your days looking around the stores that say they can supply everything but have no honesty just the need for commission Go See Robbie in Kilmarnock Designer Rooms you won’t be disappointed. I visited the Livingston store on Tuesday and was helped by Scott who was great . The store is beautiful with lots of quirky items . I would highly recommend visiting Designer Rooms and asking for Scott .

Very friendly and helpful staff, Lorraine who served us went out of her way to get us what we needed. Quality of items are good, you can buy cheaper but sometimes a bit extra gets you a better build and finish.

Lovely helpful staff, Rosie sourced the size of rug we wanted and she was really knowledgeable about delivery timescales. All staff in the shop were attentive and friendly. Lovely furniture and accessories in store, we will definitely be back.
