Absolutely Amazing
I decided to get a vape to help me cut down on smoking.
Not only what The Ecig Store website easy to navigate, it is absolutely amazing in pricing as well as postage costs.
The next day delivery took me by surprise too, I generally don't believe it when stores have that, but the next day delivery for the ecig store is true!
Will, definitely be using again and have already recommended to others.

Nic shots not included in short fill
Nic shots not included in short fill. Other shops that I've used (ecirette and ecigarettesworld) include this as standard. Should be marked clearly that nic shot is either not included or add an option to add nic shot within the short fill page.
Price is quite good otherwise as I got it on sale but having to buy nic shots seperate raises cost above competitors.

We clearly show you what the delivery charges are before you confirm your order. If you want to discuss this further please drop me an email to gerry@theecigstore.ie.
Kind regards

Really great service
Really great service. Have been ordering my vape juice from them for the last few months and the shipping is really quick.
They even called when they didn't have enough stock saying they are happy to do two shipments to ensure I got at least some of my order quicker.

I haven't received my order from 3 weeks ago. The shop is only 5 miles from me but I'm disabled so I can't go in personally. HOW CAN AN ORDER TAKE SO LONG?

Hi Suzanne
We were only made aware 2 hours ago that your order was not delivered via email. Unfortunately we can only sort an issue out once we are made aware of it. We have a trace on your order with anpost and are awaiting there reply.
Your order was dispatched on the 19th April. The store that is close to you does not process online orders so it didn't leave from that store. Most online orders are shipped from our warehouse in Galway.
Kind regards
Gerry
