Absolutely Amazing Customer Service!

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service at The Loaded Tea Shop!

I accidentally placed my order with my old Livingston address because it autofilled during checkout. I didn't realize my mistake until afterward, and since it was a Sunday, I fully expected that I wouldn't hear back until it was too late. I had already accepted that I might be making a two-hour drive to pick up my teas! 😂

And honestly, I wouldn't have even been upset with them because the mistake was completely mine.

But they went above and beyond! They responded quickly, helped me resolve the issue, and absolutely made my day!

It's so refreshing to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers, even when the customer is the one who made the mistake. 😂

I haven't even tried the teas yet, and I'm already impressed! I can't wait to try them, and I truly appreciate the kindness, time, and exceptional customer service. You've definitely earned a happy customer! ❤️

I experienced a problem with my teas not arriving. I kept checking my shipping and it hadn’t moved in weeks. I hate being a bother but I really wanted to try these teas so I decided to contact customer support. I told them the situation and without hesitation they rectified the issue. They answered me very quickly as well. I can tell just by their customer support team, that this company truly cares about their customers. They went above and beyond to help me. I will be buying from them again. I can’t wait to try the teas!

I am in loveee with these teas!! Lollipop, candy crush and strawberry lemonade are my fave then the orchard candy!! I gave up drinking 2 alani a day for these and I regret NOTHING!! These teas and this team are AMAZING 💜🥳

There’s a lot of drinks that has sugar or a sugar substitute in them that makes me so sick to my stomach.. I’m so happy to say I’ve tried a lot of them an NONE have me sick or has made my stomach hurt. Thank you so much.. I’ve also gotten 2 other people to buy your product

I received 2 of my orders in the same bag which was different. As I was going through my orders I had three missing teas. I messaged The Loaded Tea Shop letting them know. With in an hour they messaged me back with an apology and let me know that they were mailing out the three missing teas along with 2 extra of my favourites and three more on top of that. They also sent me the Ghost Buster sticker which I did not have. So very happy with them. And want to thank them for such an amazing customer service team.

These loaded teas are wonderful! I never drank water before and now I drink several bottles a day! All of the flavors I’ve ordered so far have been great. Thank you so much for making these.

I had an issue with an order delivery and it was resolved the same day, a Sunday, no less. This company has created an excellent product but even better customer love! My hubby and I absolutely love the Frog Spit flavor and he has never enjoyed sweetened teas before. That speaks volumes about the tastiness and quality of this product line.

As a GASTROPARESIS & IBS-D warrior..... I never thought I would be able to find anything that would not make me regret drinking it. I stuck to the 8 energy drinks a day that I knew I wouldn't regret. ONE WEEK of drinking Loaded Teas, I am down to TWO energy drinks a day. And with 40+ flavors I feel like I've hit the gold mine buffet of options to choose from. The caffeine-free is good for when I want tea but not the energy boost. Im not only AMAZED, but soooo very grateful to have finally found a product I love and believe in so much that I became an Ambassador for them. I have ordered a couple times from The Loaded Tea Shop and it’s been amazing. I had a brief issue with the address stating it wasn’t valid but the customer service I received was so fast and the issue was resolved almost instantly.

When I placed my next order and there was a small issue with the quantity received in my mystery bundle the team was so fast to reply and immediately sent me what was missing and a couple new ones to try!

My daughters and I have loved trying all these new flavours and cannot wait for our next Order.

The Loaded Teas are great for people like me, who don’t enjoy plain water. I am VERY limited as to the fruits I can ingest due to food allergies. I sent an email to The Loaded Teas. They responded very quickly, provided information that will allow me to make the safest choices for me, and MY food safety was of the utmost concern. If you have concerns, do not hesitate to contact them.

I renewed my order since I was almost out. I absolutely love these teas for cleaning or exercise days!

For whatever reason my package rerouted back for insufficient address. I emailed the tea company and they instantly ordered a new shipment with a few extra free packs for my trouble. Now I wait for my corrected order. Things happen with USPS all the time, still love these teas!!!

To start we have been buying from The Loaded Tea Shop for a long time. We enjoy there Teas. This is the first time I have ever had an issue. I ordered 10 individual sticks and then also the Founders 4 pack which should have included Electric Lemonade. Unfortunately that flavor did not come. I kindly emailed support and they were quick to respond. They are sending the Electric Lemonade along with 4 other free tea sticks! Amazing to do business with!

Since I have been drinking the teas my restless legs do not bother me. Don't know if I was missing a vitamin causing the restless legs Dr told me to take iron but that had its own problems. I drink so much water now also. I just love the stuff. Thank you

Initially, I was hesitant to try this product, as I am not a flavoured water drinker and have never been able to overcome the unpleasant aftertaste. Due to medical issues, I am no longer able to consume sugar, caffeine or carbohydrates. However, after purchasing the mystery pack and consuming it daily, I am extremely pleased to say that I absolutely love these teas. The natural caffeine in these teas does not have negative effects. I eagerly anticipate the arrival of my next order. The natural energy is excellent, and there is no aftertaste whatsoever. I am delighted that I have been able to significantly increase my water intake and now exclusively consume these loaded teas. I would definitely recommend these to everyone.

The Loaded Tea Shop is absolutely wonderful, great customer service, 10/10. Let me share my experience,

My package was unfortunately either stolen or placed at the wrong address, when I contacted the loaded tea people, they were more than happy (and quick) to make things right, sending me my order( again )free of charge along with 2 extra teas!! I was so bummed out, not only because I wasn't able to try the teas I payed for but also because I'm almost certain my package was stolen within my trailer park. The Loaded Tea Shop has proven that there are still good people out there though and my faith in humanity was restored a lot after their kind gesture. Thank you again Loaded Tea Shop team!!! -Rosie D
