The Loaded Tea Shop Avis 

I have never encountered customer service as good as I have with this company. I’m a first time buyer, wanting to try this product and came across an add for codes to put in and get a discount . I however, missed where you put the code in when purchasing. I thought, oh well, maybe next time. Was I disappointed , yes but it was my fault so never chalked it up as a learning experience. I reached out after receiving an email with another code and just informed them, thank you but I’m still awaiting my first purchase and told them about my missed opportunity with another code. I never thought I would get a reply let alone one so quickly and from there am going to receive that discount and will hopefully get my order soon. I can’t wait to try them and will definitely share my experience with this company.

I've been ordering from The Loaded Tea Shop for quite some time now. The product is amazing! I recently had an issue with my order where one of the packets was open and spilled out everywhere. I emailed the company and got a response within 10 minutes! They shipped out a replacement order right away! Absolutely love this company!! The products and customer service is excellent!

The flavors are always amazing. My order always arrives super fast. Had a defective pouch, my original email was responded within an hour, and the issue was resolved beyond my satisfaction within 3. Great little company with great prices.

Exceptional customer service! I emailed with an issue with my order. I received a response back immediately and the issue was resolved with a replacement, I definitely will be a long term customer!

I had an issues with my order being delivered, but nowhere in sight. I sent an email to company and they responded pretty quickly and was very nice and helpful. After following some suggestions of where my package might have been delivered to a neighbor or in a different spot other than my mailbox, and doing due diligence in asking neighbors and around my front porch there was no sign of it. The company asked for my mailing address and promptly sent a replacement order as well as added a couple extra packs just for the inconvenience which impressed me very much. I appreciate that The Loaded Tea Shop fixed an issue that technically wasn't their problem. I will definitely be ordering from them again and if by some chance the original order does show up, I will let them know and ask them to charge my card for the replacement order.

My first flavor was Rocket Pop. The flavor was so amazing I was able to use one packet for 64 oz of water. This lasted me all day. Not thinking that it has energy it has also kept me awake half the night. Thank goodness they have caffeine free options of the same flavor. Guess I'll be buying more. This is a great product. Thank you

First time ordering the loaded tea, I made a mistake and accidentally used an old shipping address. However, after reaching out to customer service within minutes my problem was solved and corrected. The customer service that this company has is absolutely amazing. I reached out on a weekend (from Australia) via email, expecting a response next business day but it was answered immediately and query was sorted with relevant information. All over a weekend!! Best experience. I am looking forward to getting my delivery. Oh and it’s lovely humans that respond, not AI !

Great customer service. Great product. I like that it's 0grams of sugar as I'm pre diabetic. Most of them are sweet but not too sweet. My only qualm would be the sour packages aren't as sour as I'd hoped.

I was missing some in my order and it didn't take long for them to take care of it. They always get back to you in a timely manner. Costumer service is A+++. Love their product, stopped drinking soda.

I’ve bought lots of teas so far from The Loaded Tea Shop and my last order had one damaged packet. There was a little loose powder on the pack and in my package and the packet itself was of course a little light on product as a result. It happens. So not a huge deal. I emailed customer service and made them aware and asked if they could perhaps just credit my account for one replacement packet for a future purchase. They responded very quickly and with an actual person. Instead of crediting me for the single damaged package, they were gracious enough to provide me with that flavor and 4 additional free packets. They also immediately started the process of shipping them to me at no cost. It was so quick and easy and just above and beyond. Truly kind and attentive customer service which is just top notch. I will certainly continue to give them my business. Especially since the products themselves are amazing and work as advertised. Much love all the way around!

All the flavors taste like the base. Orange, strawberry etc. No point in picking 8 different flavors they all taste the same. Not impressed.

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service at The Loaded Tea Shop! I accidentally placed a duplicate order and reached out to see if they could help me. Within minutes, I received a response, and Rebecca had already taken care of everything! She canceled the duplicate order, issued my refund, and reassured me that my original order was still being processed.

The response time was incredibly fast, and the kindness and professionalism were absolutely phenomenal! It's not often you come across customer service this amazing. They went above and beyond to fix an issue that I created, without any hassle whatsoever.

I have struggled so hard FOR YEARS trying to get off of Diet Coke and have tried SO MANY other drinks! Nothing would work❗️ I don’t have 1 single soda in my house now!! That’s a miracle, I’m telling you I would call Diet Coke “The Nectar of the Gods!” LOL!!😂🤣😂
Thanks to the FABULOUS LOADED TEAS I am no longer drinking soda and when I would slip and go get a Sonic, I have not finished the drink. I’ve ended up pouring it out and getting a LOADED TEA instead ❤️🤗❤️
