The Loaded Tea Shop Avis

When I experienced an accident in product shipment I reached out to Loaded Tea. I actually responded to a “mystery deal” email and did not expect much. To my surprise I was messaged back right away that my concerns were being forwarded. I assumed this would either take forever or just be a dead end. IMMEDIATELY following this first message, I received another personal, thoughtful message, and the issue had already been resolved!! Whomever is running this company is INCREDIBLE. I look forward to my Loaded Tea every day. And I pass packets out to people I care about. THANK YOU LOADED TEA. From one VERY impressed, EXTREMELY grateful, HAPPY, and LOYAL customer! - Kimberly

I love this company and what it stand for and creates! The flavors are endless and delicious with a energy boost to keep you going. I haven't drank coffee since I started using these this summer! The loaded teas with collagen and protein are a great option too! I hope they make more ☺️ I had an issue with some packets coming with less than it should, busy rest assured. Once I reached out their customer service was more than excellent with replacements being sent plus a few more! I will be a long time buyer. Excited to see what other flavors come!

Fast response, took care of my problem quickly,

Great tasting teas.. gives me more energy and has helped me on my weight loss journey.. love them ❤️Great customer service with prompt delivery!!!

I placed an order of over 20 packets. When I opened my box, 2 of the packets had broke open. I reached out through email to customer service to see if I could get a replacement…. It was so easy, no troubles, no waiting… I quickly ( in less than 24 hrs) had a response email stating they shipped out 2 replacement packets along with 3 favorite mystery packets for my troubles. I love Loaded Teas!

One of my packets opened during shipment. I sent them an email about the open packet. They responded within just a few minutes. They were very kind and personable in their response. They told me they were replacing the broken packet and adding a few others. I had the order confirmation in my email already. Very quick & kind customer service. Great company with the best customer service!

I got a package that was in rough shape with two packets inside the head busted open. I reached out about these in the mess it made, and was very quickly provided with a solution. This is my first experience with customer service and it was amazing!

The customer service with this company is BEYIND AMAZING! Prompt to reply. Eager to help and answer any questions! This company truly CARES about every single customer!

I am so impressed with this company on many levels from communication and quickness to respond , quality of the product, fast shipping , offering great deals so people of all incomes can purchase and being a small start up that is growing and keeping up with demand . My daughter who has down syndrome struggles with drinking water . Like any kid that want flavor and variety. Since she started a glp 1 and has to drink water I knew I had to try this for her . She absolutely loves them and we both enjoy them now. It gives me the perfect afternoon pick me up because a mom's work is never done . I highly recommend ordering and seeing for yourself the benefits for you and your family. I have all my friends ordering now .

An order went missing. This would have been my 4th order. Replied it 24 hours. Customer service outstanding with looking for the order and a solution. Product amazing. 💯 recommend this company. I will continue to purchase the product.

I recently placed an order, my fifth one, from the loaded tea shop, and when I opened my package, I noticed that one of my packets (Cotton Candy) had a small hole in the packet and had leaked out during transit into the larger package containing the rest of my teas. I reached out to their customer service team this morning, and not only are they replacing my Cotton Candy and sending a new one, they're also sending me 4 other flavors for FREE! Their customer service team is TOP NOTCH and I'll be a long-time customer!! If you haven't given them a try yet, I highly recommend you do :)

Great teas! flavor is delish. Great amount of energy! I love that its healthy and gives you what you need! They do work! I work 3 jobs have 3 kids, in sports and well i need a lot of energy! The company is also great. I contacted costumer service, they got right back to me RIGHT AWAY!! They had a solution and was extremely helpful! Thanks loaded tea!

Amazing drink! Amazing results when u drink it :) their customer service is fast and effective !! 10/10 would recommend :)

The drinks themselves are wonderful! Does not give the "jitters" that most energy drinks do, doesn't give you the late evening slump. And on top of this being a wonderful product, their customer service is TOP TIER! Highly recommend!!

My order was returned to sender due to an address issue. One email to the company and the issue was resolved, a new order sent with 2 extra teas, and the best customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Loaded teas were found not on purpose, but by chance. my wonderful sister in law gave me 7 of them which I shared with me son. I had never heard of them before. after 2 days I felt a huge difference from the inside out. I went to look for the packets and ask my son where they were and he said i thought you gave them to me.... LOL
he liked them as much as I did. So I couldnt order them fast enough to continue this wellness journey that started by accident. You feel the wellness like a glow hitting you from the inside radiating outward. I have had years of digestive issues, those have subsided. I have drank sodas for 33 years, and I can say I am over 2 months soda free. And I feel so much better. The energy this drink brings to the table is beyond any energy drink or coffee i have every tasted.
I am forever a fan of loaded tea, I love love love this stuff.

Well I will tell you before my journey began I was skeptical at first but just like many others taking the GLP1Drug I was experiencing so many of the uncomfortable symptoms that comes with this drug nothing really helps and to tell you the truth the doctors did not have the answer. It was like you had to find what works for you. And that's what I did i tried this loaded tea and I thank God that I did it changed everything all the symptoms of the medication has gone. I think this is what is missing from this medication these vitamins along with GLP1 works miracles. And the tea tastes great and they also have cafine free and no carbs o calories this is a godsend. Alisha you have made such a big difference in my life with this and I have shared it with others I know that is on this drug and going through the same thing I was. I just wish that the doctors could be In formed more about this tea so that it could help patients before they need drastic hospital visits. This tea is the answer to my prayers and many others Im Sure. It works i love it. Thanks alot you all over at the loaded tea shop.It literally saved me. A BIG THANK YOU AGAIN!!

The products are great and the customer service is top notch!! Very responsive to the customer's questions and needs!
