Excellent company. Very evident that it cares about not only their product but also the customers that use it. I emailed them because I was concerned about the texture of a tea packaging (maybe it got wet?) they made good on the package in question and then some. Would highly recommend!

This loaded tea shop has got to be one of the best purchases I have tried! They are fast at shipping, if anything is wrong they are right on top of it! My experience with The Loaded Tea Shop really didn’t start out well. I received my order which was eight packets of four different flavors, 2 each. When I opened the package, it was only five packs of the same flavor. I took a picture of the box opened with the five packs and emailed the company. Within minutes, I received a response. Not only did they fulfill my previous order, but they added two additional packages for my troubles. I was also told to keep the five packs as a “thank you“ for the trouble I went through. I wasn’t expecting that. I would highly recommend The Loaded Tea Shop to anyone. Their product and customer service is second to none. Thank you, Loaded Tea Shop.

I absolutely love loaded tea! It is now my go to daily drink. I just placed another order and for some reason one of my codes didn't work. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly with a refund for the 20% discount code. I love the product and now I love their customer service too!

First of all I absolutely love these drinks. I haven’t tried a flavor that I haven’t liked. I had to reach out to customer service and they responded quickly and resolved my issue quickly. My friends are hooked as well as this truly is a great product that I highly recommend.

These teas are amazing. Gives me the boost that I need halfway through the day. Amazing flavors and someone who’s diabetic these do not mess with my sugars as they are sugar free. You will not regret buying. 1 packet gives me four 16oz water bottles. When you have an issue or they are out of stock on a flavor they are quick to respond or come out with a solution.

I had received my loaded tea and was first annouyed it had taken so long to get. Then it had been opened and one of the packette came out of the seam and all over the place. I sent an email just letting them know with not having any expectations of them doing anything. But they quickly responded and sent me out a whole new group of teas . I appreciate when a business handles and corrects issues that happen. So i will use my teas i have and try the others and will replenish when needed . They are great

My experience with this company has been amazing! The flavors are absolutely delicious. There's not one that I didn't like. So happy they just added flavors with no caffeine. I had a minor issue with a packet that arrived damaged and they helped make it right, almost immediately. The customer service for this company is what will keep me a customer forever. They show that they really want their customers to be happy with their product. It's so refreshing. If anyone is on the fence,just try it ! You will absolutely love all the flavors and the energy you gain!!

The teas are delicious and refreshing! Even my husband has enjoyed them so we will both be customers and I love the extra nutritional little boost they give. I do dilute mine at double the suggested rate and it seems just right for me. Also, I can't say enough about their customer service!! I had a slight problem with my last order and they are so quick to respond and accommodated my request. These are really good.. you will find your favorite flavors but I haven't found one yet that I don't like.

Originally received the wrong order. 😞 I had ordered 20 teas (16 chillin cherry, 2 cotton candy, and 2 southern strawberry) I received 15 teas but only 4 were correct. Contacted customer service and Hannah was able to replace my order with the correct stuff and I was told to keep the incorrect teas as a thank you.

i was sent the wrong tea flavor on accident, and when i asked if i could just get the correct flavor sent to me, they sent it for free and then sent me 4 more flavors on top of that! very very kind and very quick responses!

I absolutely love the loaded teas. I'm a diabetic and really don't care for water much, but that being said, the loaded teas helps me get my daily water intake.
Everyone should give it a try!!!

I reached out to customer service about a question I had and they got back so quickly with answers! Their flavors are amazing too. You can choose how much flavor you want by how much powder you put which I enjoy over premixed drinks. I’ve been ordering from them for a couple months and will continue to.
