Love the Teas I get from here, but have to say that they're customer service/ support is absolutely AMAZING! Had an issue with an order, 2 of the teas were damaged upon receiving, I emailed them. Not even 10 minutes later I had a reply, and a new order with replacements heading my way! Loyal customer for life!

I began my experience with TLTS a few months ago when I was feeling tired depressed and couldn’t get out of bed. I had my mother pass away at 72 from Lung Cancer. This left me devastated. I was posting on Facebook about my precious mom/daughter (me) relationship when I saw a very colorful bright advertisement came down. I stopped passing the posts and had to read what this was all about. It was the Loaded Tea Shop promoting these juicy and colorful fruity flavors of tea. They contained many B vitamins and claimed ENERGY! That is just what I needed. Like most advertising products give you a lot of information about what the product does for you. Well, it did that and more. I was so excited to read about feeling better in digestion, focus , PURE! CLEAN! INGREDIENTS ONLY! They have many tasty flavors and one packet makes four delicious teas. Since I needed energy I placed an order choose about 8 packets out of 41 flavors I could choose from. A few days later they arrived. I opened a packet and read the instructions they provide in order to make the great tea experience! It was a very great experience indeed. I had chosen Gummie Bear flavor. I got a large tumbler and put cold water then the Gummie Bear power making a 32 oz tumbler full of tea then crushed ice and more cold water (I used bottled or filtered water). I stirred it and took a sip and immediately said “oh wow!”, This tea is soo good. WOW 🤯 I was hooked to the flavor and how it quenched my thirst. Then I felt a boost of clean energy and felt really good , no jitters or anything like that just clean delicious green tea, zero sugar, zero calories, zero coloring ! All natural ? Really nice product. I was pretty surprised and excited about getting this great flavor and much needed energy vitamins in a tasty drink. I became addicted to the Loaded Teas and placed orders twice sometimes three times a week so not to miss out FOMO ! 😆 on any flavor drop they presented. So far I have tried all 41 and love all of them so much I can’t fit them in my organizer anymore. I bought a larger spinning organizer so I can choose what I feel like which Loaded Tea I feel like drinking. Hard choices. Oh yes and one more thing. I quit boring coffee I’ve lost weight even when I didn’t need to. As far as I concerned the Loaded Teas are everything I need in the morning and then I drink my Caffeine free loaded tea in the evening with dinner. This stuff is like GLP-1 because the clean green tea harbors your appetite causing you to eat less make better choices. No take out. It’s amazing how the Loaded Teas have changed me and my whole outlook on my life. Thank you so much TLTS. I’ve really got to go because I need to place another order. 😆 Leslie Venditto, RI

Not only do the teas taste delicious but their customer service is top tier! I had an issue with an order not arriving and they resolved/located the order within an hour via email! They replaced my order with no question. It was hassle free!

Im just beginning with this company, and let me assure you, that they are the real deal. Everyone is so kind and nice. And ohmystars, i have only tried one flavor, but wow. I drank almost a half gallon today and I couldn't put it down! Loved the Hawaiian punch. No sugar rush or crash. Just good stuff. Cheers to many years ahead. KS.

This company is not only commited to providing a healthy delicious product but they are truly kind and easy to work with. . I have now placed my third order with zero regrets. I am diabetic and have had a long long history of being addicted to soda. Since finding loaded teas I’m now on day 11 no soda. My sugars are so good my doctors are removing and reducing meds. I feel great focused and clear headed. My skin is looking better more glowy and clear. Loaded Tea you have made a customer for life. I urge anyone trying to cut sugar to try these you won’t be disappointed

I couldn't find my package, because the delivery person had literally thrown it by our garbage can, so I thought it wasnt delivered. I emailed customer service and they got back to me.within the hour!!!! Also they were fully ready to refund me if I didnt find the package. Fortunately my husband saw it and brought it in. Let me tell you, I do not normally like "diet drinks" but I was intrigued by Loaded Tea and I'm glad I was. These are sooooo yummy and they dont have that nasty artificial sweetener taste. Also it says it makes 30 ounces but frankly I make mine with more water because they are SUPER flavorful. I definitely recommend trying them if your thinking about it.

New customer to Loaded Tea and was very skeptical about trying this product! I received my product in a timely manner and love The loaded tea ! A big Diet soda addict and now love my large big tumbler of loaded Tea !

I have noticed that since adding Loaded Teas to my daily routine, I have more energy. I am also a diabetic so the zero sugar is what really made me try it! I have better sugar levels and feel better throughout the day.
The customer service is exceptional. If you have any issues, questions or just anything, they are an email away with very quick response!

I absolutely love The Loaded Tea Shop! My favorite flavors are Chillin Cherry and Frog
Spit. But honestly, I’ve loved all the flavors I’ve tried. They really satisfy my sweet tooth while I’m on a successful weight loss journey. They have great personal customer service. And their shipping is fast.

Very very good product I Love It ! The cherry slush is the best ! Customer service is great also if you need anything they are there to help!

I drink a lot of water but tea? No. I don't care if its hot or cold. And then I saw an ad for Loaded Tea on Facebook. I watched it and the flavors sounded yummy. I watched several more then jumped in with both feet. Wow! I couldn't believe it! Where was the bitter tea aftertaste? How could you have a drink with such a cute name, amazing flavor and no bitter aftertaste? Im in awe! Im now on my 3rd order and next month I will be setting up monthly subscription. A huge thank you to the customer service! They were so helpful and polite! It was a delight getting help from them. Thank you so much for making a believer out of this former tea hater. Please keep surprising us with new flavors to try and please make more caffeine free ones. Thank you again.

These taste amazing, unlike other zero sugar drinks these don’t have a weird after taste. Also their customer service went above and beyond to make sure I was happy when one packet arrived damaged. So kind and the products are delicious, I highly recommend!!

I have always been told "drink more water." Well it has no taste. I drink about a 12 pack of soda a day. Know with the loaded tea, I'm down to maybe 12 a month!
Also I need to thank customer service. I had accidentally had placed the identical ordered twice. I immediately sent an email and they responded with in 1 hr. And that was on a Sunday. They corrected it by deleting one of the orders for me. I am a life long customer. I have recommend this to all my family. They give you a "tally" card to make sure you Mark the ones you like so you can reorder them.

I fell in love with these teas over the summer! Only recently have I Been taking them on the regular. My recent order I received did have a packet that ended up covering the rest of my packets, which is something that can happen. I reached out to customer service to let them know in case others were having issue too. I received an email back within minutes, which was late in the evening, and Alicia was great and responsive. So not only is this a great product but also great customer service.

I made my first order and ordered 10 different flavors. When my package arrived, they gave me a duplicate of 1 flavor instead of one that I ordered. I emailed them and asked if this was something that they normally do without asking. They replied very quickly and said no and because of that, they sent the flavor I did order plus 4 other flavors for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service!! Will buy from them again!!
