Mindblowing customer service with the quickest response Ive ever received from a company. Had a small hiccup and it was immediately rectified.
Now let’s talk flavor. Ummmm hell yeah I’ll take a double. Hippie juice was an instant hit. makes me hopeful for the rest of the mystery bundle.
Zero hesitation on another purchase, lookin like energy drinks have taken a backseat for a change.

The Customer Service rep was very understanding and replaced my order right away! I hated to even contact them as this was my first order and was recently approved as an Affiliate.

I have nothing but good things to say about The Loaded Tea Shop. I haven’t tried a flavor I didn’t like but the southern strawberry kiss has got to be my ultimate favorite I hope they keep this flavor. Even their customer service is amazing!

The teas are delicious and you do get what you pay for, great taste and quality product. I received one packet that came damaged/opened, and they had no problem replacing it. Great company with an awesome customer service. I highly recommend!

The customer service is amazing,
Realized after tracking showed delivered that my order went to my old address in another town to a sold house. Not like I could just go knock on the door and ask for them. With a short email to the customer service team and they where great and resent my order to the correct address I was willing to pay shipping or something again since it was my fault. With in less than an hour I had and email saying they where sending my order to me again to the correct address all on there dime no extra cost. So Happy with this company and the drinks are so good on top of the service team cant ask for better.

When I received my order, there were a couple of teas missing.
I wrote to customer service and they responded right away. Not only are they replacing my teas, they are sending extra teas for my trouble.
That is great customer service in my book!

In my 3rd of 4 orders so far, 2 of my tea packets were hard like maybe humidity or rain had gotten them wet and I emailed to see if they would be safe to consume. Within 5 minutes The LoadedTea Shop had already replied to my email to assure me they would be safe to consume, but they also put in a new order to replace them for free and added extras on top of it.
I've never in my life seen a company's customer service not only respond so fast, but go above and beyond to make it right and even MORE.
Definitely made my day and now I'm already looking forward to ordering more ❤️❤️❤️

I thought one day I would try it. Being diabetic, with a very busy husband and teenage daughters, why not. I cannot keep loaded teas in my house….no more pop no more juice…my girls love leaded teas! I have more energy than ever before, my sugars aren’t through the roof, LOVE LOVE LOVE loaded teas.

I received a loaded tea that i didn't ask for in my shipment and I reached out to customer service and they got back to me really fast. They made it right by sending me the flavor that wasn't in my order and also took and sent me 4 more teas. So I will be getting 5 teas free. The customer service goes above and beyond to help the customers out.

These drinks are not only replacing sodas they are making me feel amazing with the vitamins and energy in them. They taste great and now I am drinking more water than ever. I am staying hydrated and having more energy to do the things I need to get done in my every day life with zero crash outs. Another great part about the teas they have so many to try so you don’t get stuck drinking the same boring drink every day. I love this company and their products. You literally couldn't ask for a better company. The customer service is absolutely amazing, and truly wants to help as much as possible. Always kind, quick, and solve any issues you may have. And the fact they give back to kids in need is even more reason to invest in them. Energy drinks and soda are bad for you as is, but this tea brings a whole new alternative to taste as well as your health. I couldn't give higher praise to a company than I do to them.
