I wanted a luxury picnic for a corporate event for 20 people. We chartered two narrowboats on the Oxford Canal and our picnic was waiting for us when we arrived. It was beautifully laid out (in our company colours) and the food looked stunning. It tasted delicious. Allergies were all taken care of with no issues. There was plenty of food and drinks. Everything was just PERFECT. We had lots too take home too. Thank you Helen for the set up and for all the team back it London. My colleagues were all very impressed.

We have had the vegetarian and vegan ploughman's 3 years running at Battersea Concert in the park. This year was very disappointing... The vegetarian picnic incorrectly labelled the scotch egg as Vegan (my vegan friend wanted to try it, didn't look too closely at it and had to spit it out as it was actually egg!) The crostini were stale, there was hardly any cheese in the cheese ploughman's! There was a coconut ball desert thing that was put on top of pickled onions and guerkins. The herby chickpea roll was tasteless and the garlic aioli was bland. Had to check the menu to see what it supposed to be. We wont be ordering next year, such a shame as previous year's it was nice and for £65 I would rather make my own and take picky bits!

I tried to order a picnic hamper two weeks before the event I am attending, only to be told they couldn’t do it.

We walked up to a beautiful set up, beautiful food (which tasted just as good as it looked!) and some incredibly attentive staff.
So pleased I came across this business on Instagram - 5* and will definitely recommend to all my friends and come back again!

A massive thanks to everyone from the luxurious picnic company, everything was so smooth and attention to detail. The set up it was absolutely superb and food delicious 10 out 10, i really enjoyed it so i recommend 100%. We want to highlight the staff was extremely professional and friendly so incredible experience. Thanks again i can't wait to book you guy's again.

I don't know where to start, from the booking process to the set up everything was so smooth and easy, the team on shift was fun and nothing was much of a trouble, the set up was even better than we expected and the food was fresh and delicious. 100% recommended.

Where do I start with such an awful day! What their website & social media shows as beautiful, luxury picnics with gorgeous table scaping, was far from promised. In reality, our set up consisted of two cheap picnic blankets, two old crates and two bouquets of half dead flowers. There wasn’t even enough space to sit down for the 13 people that this was booked for. There were no cushions or anything and it took a grand total of 2 minutes to set up. Our invoice showed that set-up and delivery alone cost £310! The delivery was only a 4.7 mile journey from Battersea to Central London, so it’s not like this cost was going on an excessive journey!

Despite this short journey, they couldn’t even get their timings right. We were told we would be sent a message upon set off time, and they would arrive half an hour before our scheduled start time. We heard nothing and had to chase multiple times, only to be told in a non-apologetic manor that traffic wasn’t great. They ended up arriving 20 minutes after our picnic was meant to have started, and set up in 2/30 of the time they should have allowed for this extortionate set up. Considering that this company are meant to be capable of surprise parties, hen do’s, baby showers and other special occasions, they are very much not to be trusted.

The food was average, but didn’t even include soft drinks. We had the equivalent of half a Mr Kipling cake for desert (the tiny ones where 1 portion is a 2 pack). We all just sat miserably in shock at the state of our picnic and it as very rushed due to the late start time. Whoever set up our picnic, soon ran off in embarrassment and didn’t think to let us know that once we had finished, we actually had to clear the entire thing up ourselves!

The whole experience was a complete disappointment and Jane was also especially rude to deal with.
