Ordered an orifice burner never received the part it was on back order about six weeks ago they did charge my CC for the part. Sent E-mails tried to call the mailbox is always full. no response to e-mails I guess I'm out that money thought this was a good site. The part is no longer needed would like my CC reimbursed. Our fridge drawer cracked in our RV
Our fridge drawer cracked in our RV. Found this replacement. This original replacement part fit perfectly and RV Fridge Guys had it for a slightly better price than the competition! I will check here FIRST for any other parts needs!

I have been informed that the part(s) I ordered are on backorder. That is unfortunate but not your fault. It happens. But I recently looked at my credit card account and found that I was already charged the full amount on 9/27. That is not something I would have expected until the complete order is actually shipped.

WHERE IS MY ORDER!!
It’s been 11 days and my order is “awaiting shipment” when I call it goes straight to a cell voicemail, no response via email. I did receive a generic email asking if my order was received, but it hasn’t even been shipped. I’m going to have to put a dispute in with my bank to cancel this. Do not use these guys.

SCAM company!!! I purchased an item and it was never shipped. It's been 3 mos. and have not been able to contact them or have any kind of response or communication. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

No scam, Brenda, but some lead times have definitely been missed with special orders. We're really sorry it couldn't be fulfilled in the estimated time given but that lead time is out of our control as we are not the manufacturer. What is your order number and I'll have it cancelled and refunded. Really sorry you had a bad experience with us!
