Yashwant Banshi was really helpful in sorting the problem out - a faulty collection bag on a Hyundai leaf blower/sucker. He asked for photos of the bag and machine and as soon as I sent them in, he arranged dispatch of replacement bag. Great service

Next day delivery was excellent. The long reach hedge trimmer appeared sturdy and of good quality but was unfortunately heavier than I had expected. I realized I would not be able to safely handle it for a sustained period of time and decided to
return it.
Your customer services team were very understanding and immediately arranged for a courier to collect the package. It was at this point that things went wrong. TNT/FEDEX failed on two separate occasions to collect the package after which I arranged a courier and paid the carriage myself.
Lakshya swiftly acknowledged
receipt and confirmed that a full refund would follow shortly.
Thanks is due to your customer services team for their communication and support throughout and to Lakshya for sorting things out.
I feel that your returns procedure is being let down by the couriers and less than satisfactory tracking measures.

Had a problem with a spare battery for…
Had a problem with a spare battery for my Hyundai lawn sweeper - turned it wasn't compatible. Jade was really good at helping and when the Post Office wouldn't take it she arranged a refund anyway.
