The Run Hub Avis 

I decided it was time to buy a new pair of running shoes, but I wasn’t sure what to get, so I dropped into the Leopardstown branch. The staff, who were very friendly and knowledgeable, explained that the best approach would be to do a gait analysis. I have been running for a couple of years, but have taken a very casual approach to it, so I’ve never bothered with a gait analysis before.

Taking their advice, I decided to book in for a gait analysis and came back a few days later for it. It was a pretty thorough process, with various measurements and questions about my routine and goals etc. They recommended the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23, which I purchased, and I am happy to report they are by far the best running shoes I have ever owned. Several various little pains/niggles in my knees, shins and lower back genuinely vanished overnight.

Hard to believe that the right running shoes could make such a big difference, but they obviously know what they are talking about. Highly recommend the gait analysis.

Terrible service. Was advised to buy a certain runner that would suit my training. When in practice they weren’t fit for purpose.

Also do not understand consumer legislation in Ireland, I try and support local businesses in Ireland but will never enter these stores again

I ordered track runners for my husband but ordered the wrong ones, The Run Hub responded immediately by email, making the exchange for the right ones so easy for me, and also organised a refund with no fuss and made sure that the courier was arranged so I had them before Christmas. The Customer service was excellent and the staff member I dealt with was very efficient.

I ordered a Salomon Active Handheld Bottle. It seems to be the only shop selling it in Ireland! The order was shipped on the same day (as I ordered before lunchtime) and arrived in two days, delivered by An Post. The bottle was securely packaged in bubble wrap. The bottle itself is great and very comfortable for going for a run, doesn’t leak and doesn’t smell. Overall very positive shopping experience. One suggestion could be to include the tracking number into the shipping confirmation email in case An Post misplaces the parcel

The selection of sizes is not great and yet the shop won't supply you with the size needed. The staff is nice but not very interested. Overall disappointing experience.

Hi I could not believe that a store refused to give a refund only exchange or credit note 3 days after purchasing my shoes. It should be made clear by staff at the cash register that this is the policy. I like to support local businesses but I will definitely not purchase items form them again

This business is for lack of better words horrible.
The way they treat customers is simply horrendous. I am not the type to leave reviews online but I cannot stress more how much this company does not deserve your business. If you do order from them I hope the product serves you well because you will receive no after-sales customer service. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Poor customer care. Purchased a pair of runners from this shop in December 2020 after getting fitted by their instore advisors. Runners turned out to be too small but they refused to refund or offer me a credit note to purchase a different pair. Would not recommend this store.

Recently bought online having never used The Run Hub before. Had a great section of Brooks trainers. I used the Chat option for advice. Trainers arrived within a few days. I found the whole professional and easy to navigate.

Do not buy from this shop.

Return policy on website is totally false.
Extremely poor customer care will only refund when it suits them and not to honour there only returns policy

Very very poor customer care wouldn't refund my purchase as it was open even tho it states on website they do refund and would charge a packaging fee if opened. They ignored my emails So I had to ring and they actually said if it was a Garmin product they would refund but since it was polar they won't???

Disgraceful I didn't know a company could pick and choose when they want to refund and put false statements up on there website.
