The SUP Company Avis 

Ordered some Red Paddle accessories. Had what I wanted in stock and delivery was swift. I had no need for Customer Services, but in the past when I’ve asked them pre-sales questions they have always been knowledgeable and patient.

First purchase from SUP company and very impressed with the service. I ordered online after having a chat with someone at the company and was advised the product was expected in stock in 3 weeks' time and would be out for delivery the next day. It actually was delivered a week early and the communications from SUP and the couriers were spot on. One slight snag was a paddle was missing from the order, so I phoned and the company apologised and said it would be out on a next day delivery. True to form it was with me by lunchtime the next day. No forms to fill out or any hassle. Great service based on the first-time experience. Oh, by the way, my Red paddleboard is awesome.

Purchased a Fanatic SUP package. Excellent service, prompt and efficient. Customer care is excellent with quick response to queries. Would order from them again and would highly recommend.

It's nice to have someone on the phone to solve queries. My computer froze and messed up my order, but with a quick phone call everything was sorted. The 0% finance means that I can spread the cost out over a year, which is a great help. Delivery was quick and easy, I will definitely use this company again. Now waiting for the sideways hail to stop falling and get out on my board.

Kyle found us the board we were after, which they didnt have in stock, but is ideal for paddling with our dog as has a full deckpad. Order process smooth and delivery fine. Second board i've brought from Supco, good service as always.

Faster delivery than I was expecting. It was like a birthday surprise.
I had a couple of questions about the delivery (regarding my use of it and what the potential benefits may be of changes in size) which I sent in an email. I got a phone call reply and had a really valuable and interesting conversation that answered all my questions.
Not only was it really helpful it us also given me the confidence that I could contact with any questions I have in the future about SUPing- not just regarding my purchase.

I ordered some boots which did not fit.
I sent them back and there was a bit of a communication error when it came to a refund.
It has now been sorted.

An extremely poor service and follow up service.
I ordered a SUP board along with some gloves and a PFD.
I received the board, but with no gloves.
It took a number of repeated enquiries to be refunded for the missing gloves.
Then when I tried the SUP board, found that the fin attachment was the wrong size. I contacted the company multiple times and they never resolved the issue.
I would strongly recommend avoiding them.

Helpful on the phone before purchase helping me decide on the correct board, easy online ordering, boards arrived quickly and as expected.
