The World of Cars Avis 

After leaving a brilliant review the last time thought I would update to my current situation, the car I originally got from the world of cars was good until I noticed some scraping noises when driving, then to get in touch with the warranty company and then have to get a full look over to get a full list of problems that would of cost thousands in repairs so the finance company advised they would be happy for me to return the car and pick another, so I did this but please if you are thinking of doing this, do not, I had my car for just 1 day over the six month warranty and then I started having problems electrically and had it in with multiple garages to try and find a problem and now to be told I have a £1400 bill on repairs but there’s nothing the finance company will do and no one will listen to a word, so in short if you want a hefty bill after six months of having your car then go to world of cars! I highly advise steering away from this place and going somewhere else

As I live in Fareham, Hampshire so was a little disappointed that the dealership I was instructed to use was in Rugby, 3 an half hours drive away. After looking online to find a car suitable for our family use we were hit with extremely sad family news which meant we could not travel to pick up the car nor could we afford to pay delivery fee. After speaking with Mark the manager who called me at home he took all my concerns an worries away an delivered the car free of charge an knowing how urgently we needed a vehicle he arranged for car to be delivered at next available opportunity. Unfortunately the delivery company had other ideas which was no fault of The World Of Cars but happy to say I eventually received car after a lovely gentleman named John picked up the car and delivered it on the Saturday morning. He even came to my place of work to check my I.D an then proceeded to deliver car to my home address for me.
Overall experience was very good,Matt, Martin,Amber and Mark were good people all aspiring to get the job done an do it well. They even put car tax on for me. Car was spotless inside and had been valeted to high standard.There was even some diesel left in car.
Thank you to all at World of Cars you made a very difficult time bearable.

I tried to change the vehicle within. The first 3 weeks due to being lack of power and too low flor me to get into due to my disability I was ignored by texts and emails basically soon as they have your money the after service is diabolical don’t bother with this company you will regret avoid the world of cars rugby

Brought a car today, absolutely in love with, reliable and fit all the criteria, Matt who helped the last week or so was amazing definitely worth it.

Bought the car two months ago, now engine light is on, engine malfunction on and in limp mode. Contacted the warranty have to go get it diagnosed at a cost to myself let's see what happens. Gone to use the horn, that doesn't work how it passed an MOT without a horn is anyone's guess? Won't be using again.

Good choice of cars, great service from Matt, perfect place to see various cars without being hounded by salesmen for good prices!

The World of Cars are an excellent company to deal with. They have great customer service and are fast at getting your car ready for you. I phoned on the Monday to choose my car and I needed it fast, it was ready to pick up the next day, despite having loads of cars to get ready for other customers. I would highly recommend The World of Cars.

The experience I've had with the world of cars has been excellent from start to finish. They found the car I wanted and sorted it swiftly, I got the car delivered on the day they said and was on the road for dinner time

We went to world of cars with a idea of what we needed in a car, amber was extremely helpful and not at any point did she push the sale on us or made us feel we needed to make a decision straight away.

I told her on the Monday that we needed the car by the Wednesday at the latest and had I not forgot to sign something she would have done that no issue so not only is she a great sales person her customer service is fantastic.

Excellent service,chatted online then booked test drive,no waiting around as Amber was bringing car around as I arrived,upon purchase Amber sorted all paperwork online for me including road tax,so no post office queue brilliant,VERY pleased with service and my new car,highly recommended.
