The World of Cars Avis 

I bought my car from this company 6/7 months ago. It’s Toyota Auris 2011.
I really liked the customer service very friendly and flexible. Matt was the one who I was in contact with. He is a great guy with lots of support.
We are so happy with the car, minor issues but overall we are pleased with our purchase.

This is the 2nd car I’ve purchased through World of Cars. I have to admit they’ve been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. You see, I unfortunately was in a car smash which ended up in my first car from these guys being written off. I was in need of a vehicle to get me to my cancer treatments so I thought nothing off it about going through them for my new one. Amber has always kept me updated with things and has been so lovely, kind and helpful. So I would like to say a huge thanks to her for everything that she did for me. I would definitely recommend them and my next car will be through these guys too....although that’ll be in 4yrs time

Amber, was helpful and went above and beyond when we had a problem with the car, and her customer service was brilliant as I changed my mind from a Mini to a MG and then back to the Mini nothing was too much, and the whole process was simple and easy, the car developed a fault and Alex and Amber have ensured the car fault was sorted, would definitely recommend

Biggest mistake I made was getting a car from these people. Lovely to your face, completely different when you confront from with lies they’ve told you and issues with car! I wouldn’t recommend these people to my worse enemy let alone someone I liked! I can see I’ll have a fight on my hands, but that’s absolutely fine!!

I purchased a car from The World of Cars approximately six months ago. It was a cash purchase and included an AA warranty within the price.

Given the age of the car (2013) it's inevitable some repairs will be needed over time and as such I have had suspension and electrical issues resolved under the warranty. This is not where my issue lies.

I recently took my car into Halfords to investigate a clunking/crunching noise. They discovered that the gear box mount had been spray painted metallic silver to hide its deteriorating condition. Quite an irresponsible and dangerous action to such a crucial component!

The Halfords mechanic predicted they would deny all responsibility and he was right!

Whilst I agree it is possible this was done by someone other than The World of Cars I also think they have taken the easier (and cheaper) option of denying it. If it was there before, surely it should of been picked up in their pre-sale checks?

Anyway I guess it's there word against mine and there's no way to prove it either way. I do not want to accuse them of lying as it may have already been there, I just want potential purchasers to be aware of my experience.
