They have great customer service skills and are very happy.

just amazing carpet nothing to say but the shipping took them 3 weeks it wasnt on that contract though

We moved into an older home and needed new carpet immediately. Everyone at Thomas Carpet was professional, knowledgeable and great to work with from start to finish. We love our carpet!

Everything about this store is wonderful. Marissa is so helpful and knowledgable about flooring options. Pricing is good. The installers, wood and carpet are great. We are very pleased.

Thomas Carpet One Floor and Home never fails to please. We always know where to find exactly what we are looking for and that is Thomas Carpets!

Excellent customer service. Flexible and helpful with our project. Sells high quality goods. Excellent installation. Very caring and professional from purchase through final install.

Excellent customer service and excellent workmanship of the wood floor in our home. The staff at Carpet One took extra time to explain the process to us and also answered any questions we had. The installer team went the second mile and did a wonderful job. We are very pleased with our experience with Carpet One.

Great folks to work with. This is the only place we purchase carpet and hardwood flooring from.

Very good I'm happy with the service and product

It took two weeks for the carpet to be shipped after I ordered it, but that inconvenience was compensated for by the carpet itself: it is beautiful, exactly as described, has a deep pile and a luxurious feel. I did not wish to transact business with PayPal and the company accepted my order over the phone. And they gave me a significant discount. Once the carpet was shipped it arrived at my home in two days. The carpet delights me every time I see it, so, five stars.

Michael, David and the entire staff at Carpet One were very helpful, courteous and professional. We would highly recommend Thomas Carpet One.

The installers were very efficient and skillful. They moved all the furniture and got back in place where it belonged. The completed three bedrooms and a finished basement of two separate rooms in three days. They were very pleasant to deal with. The end result was looks very nice and feels even better when we walk on the carpet.

Everyone at ThomasCarpet was helpful and easy to work with. David was instrumental in helping me find the right carpet and patient as I made my decision. He was listening because the one he guided me to is just perfect! The installers were clean and careful with my home and finished the job in record time. Thank you Carpet One! The best change we’ve had in a long time!

Great up front knowledgeable sales personnel and even better installers. Couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Highly recommend. Sam Abercrombie

Selecting flooring for our new home was not something I was looking forward to. I had spent time looking at flooring online and was overwhelmed with the options available. Our builder recommended we visit the Thomas Carpet One Floor & Home showroom. We walked into Thomas Carpet One and were greeted by Marissa, ready to help! Based on our descriptions of our spaces and how they would be used, Marissa helped guide us to two LVP flooring options which we took back to our home for the final decision. When it came to carpet, Marissa again helped narrow down the many options to just a few. Ordering and installation went smooth. We could not be happier with the results.

I have worked with Thomas CarpetOne on at least three occasions over the past few years. I find them to be extremely helpful, easy to work with and their products and services to be of excellent quality

Our vinyl tiling was installed well and Thomas Carpet worked with us as our timing was extended due to our moving. Our installer Jim was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job. We are pleased thus far, but have not lived with the flooring long enough to really judge the product adequately.

I would recommend Thomas Carpet unconditionally. They are very helpful and met all their commitments on a very timely basis. Very nice to work with.

Excellent experience. Would use again or wouldn't hesitate to refer.
