The advisor had an excellent product…
The advisor had an excellent product knowledge of both devices and airtime plans.
Additionally, she was an extremely pleasant and helpful advisor, ensuring we got the right plans and assisted in upgrade of my son's plan and handset, made the process streamlined and seamless.

Seamless experience upgrading
I has looking to upgrade our company mobile phones and I was served by Andrea who took her time explaining all of the options and tariffs available nothing was any bother and she couldn’t have done any more , I was very impressed with her knowledge

Replacement card and upgrade
I met Pardeep and Eva. They were very helpful. Very professional and show kindness. They help us chose a better uptown for our upgrade. They are very knowledgeable and know their crafts. They gave us excellent advise, treat us as VIP, and we left profoundly happy 😊

Could not transfer data from old apple iPhone to new Galaxy 17,came into Braehead store and assistant Andrea had the patience of a saint trying everything she could to get the transfer up and running and finally got it,excellent service ,she,s a star
