Directed to a frozen screen
After I selected the section and row, the screen refreshed and would not scroll down, so no further instructions were visible. As a last ditch effort it was only after I minimized the screen that I was able to proceed...very frustrating!

Deceptive practices, zero customer service, avoid at all costs!
Do not buy tickets from Tickets-Center.com. They use misleading branding to make you think you are purchasing directly from Ticketmaster or the official venue box office.
My event was rescheduled by an entire year, and they completely refused to help, issue a refund, or cancel the order. They hide behind an anti-consumer "no refunds / no cancellations" policy while charging massive markup fees. Their customer service offers zero accountability. A very shady, deceptive operation—buy directly from the official box office or authorized sellers instead.

This place is a scam! They pop up as the vendor you think you are ordering from and they charge you TWICE what the real vendor would charge for worse seats. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!
