I never got my tickets the link said…
I never got my tickets the link said 404 not found. This issue was never resolved and I even talked with someone on the phone. I lost 100 for two tickets to Quicksand. I would avoid this company at all cost.

I thought it was very user friendly and I did not like being timed. I felt like I was being pushed to full out the information quickly. Overall it was a good experience. :)

Process was confusing
Process was confusing; seating chart was different from initial look several days ago (couldn't see individual seats).For someone who doesn't use a cell phone (hearing issue) this process was confusing at the end.
