Tile Giant Avis

Mandy was incredibly helpful this morning ensuring we could review all the options before we placed our order.

Tile Giant Croydon had everything I needed for my job and David was extremely helpful, thank you!

Tile giant Macclesfield fantastic lads very helpful even made me a brew on a cold day👍.

Rayleigh store - Made to feel very welcome and approached with a friendly and open nature, Was assisted by the manager Roy. Very knowledgeable about all the products and able to advise and guide us to what would be the best products to purchase for our project.
Great customer service, thank you.

Oh Wow, thank you Wayne, what an amazing service!! Highly recommend!

Good customer support when choosing tiles. A bit pricey though. Compared to several in Gloucester and Cheltenham locations.
The prices quoted were double the price for similar ones at a Cheltenham competitor.

If you live in Devon or Cornwall and want tiles, take a trip to Tile Giant in Plymouth and speak to Harry Viggers he is very helpful, informative and efficient.
Beats all the other tile warehouse we visited.

Great service from Macclesfield store. All the guys are super helpful & helped me when selecting the right tiles for my project. Great advice given as this was a DIY project & I would highly recommended the team here.

Was after some old tiles and Matt foy sorted me right out. Spent time searching for my tile and found some. Very happy. Overall it was a good shopping experience and a few lovely staff members

Excellent customer service and choice of tiles.

I’ve bought from these before and found the tiles of a really good quality, but what sets these apart is the customer service.

Steph from the Benton store was excellent!

The staff were so helpful and friendly! They gave us lots of good advice and were just really nice.

Mr. Eamonn Clancy(Tile Giant Store Manager - Brixton) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional during our recent visit. Despite our limited budget, he guided us through Tile Giant’s current promotional offers, ensuring we found the best options for our needs.
We have been loyal customers of Tile Giant Brixton since 2009, and I must say, I have never encountered a manager as genuine, honest, and passionate about his job as Mr. Clancy. His impeccable customer service skills and dedication to his work are truly commendable. Tile Giant is very fortunate to have him on their team.
Thank you for maintaining such high standards of service.

Had a large floor area to be tiled that also required underfloor heating.

Kevin and Steve had great knowledge and gave me great advice on the best materials for this project.
