Dear Stewart,
Thank you for the wonderful review! We are so happy that we hit the mark with your order and look forward to assisting you again soon :)
Outstanding customer service!
Very competitively priced products, with very quick delivery. When I experienced an issue with a jig I had purchased, they sent a replacement next day! When I then had the exact same issue with the replacement, they issued a full refund. Cheryl in the customer service team was excellent, replied to emails within an hour and I just felt I had to leave a review to let others know how great this company is. Will definitely be ordering again from them!

Very good experience. I visited store first to check the tiles in person then ordered online. I’m still waiting to collect the full order as some tiles were on back order but I’m happy with everything.

Dear Paul,
Thank you for this wonderful review. As much as we would love to take credit for it, we believe that this review may have been meant for a different company. We have supplied goods to you, but we are not a tile stockist, so its only right that they get the thanks for a job well done. This being said, we hope that all went well with our delivery and we hope to do business with you again soon.
