Failed to buy tools through ebay, but Tooltime came to the rescue!
Tried to buy a pair of wire cutters through ebay, but their ridiculous blade policy makes it unnecessarily difficult. Came direct to Tooltime and the process was far more straightforward. Highly recommended; swift processing and delivery at an unbeatable price. Will definitely visit again.

Have bought items before from Tooltime and have never had any problems. The items, broomheads, are always competitively priced. The only blip with my latest delivery was the courier dropped it off at someone else's house about 300 yards away. This wasn't Tooltime's fault as the address was correctly printed.

Avoid like the plague
ordered and paid for goods on 28th March received email stating Royal mail waiting for parcel as tooltime had despatched on 30th March (48hr delivery) today 9th of April and asked for refund as royal mail still states waiting for goods from tooltime and customer service is a joke ZERO care

Bought the items I wanted at a good…
Bought the items I wanted at a good price from Tooltime.
Slight hiccup with Royal Mail on an earlier predicated date and time for delivery which did not happen. So some time wasted, anyway I now have the items and am very pleased with my purchase.
In future anything I need that's available from Tooltime then they will be the company I will use.

Ordered a pair of Jerry Cans... Was marked as dispatched several days ago, then, I received a message on EBAY from the seller, stating that the items were OOS, yet, they were still selling them, but had inflated the price to MORE THAN DOUBLE!!! Absolutely disgusted!!!

Thank you for your message, and I sincerely apologise for the confusion and inconvenience caused.
You placed an order for Silverline-branded jerry cans that were listed at a 40% clearance discount. Unfortunately, due to an error in our inventory system, the stock levels for those items were incorrect, and we are now out of stock of the Silverline units.
At present, the only jerry cans we have available are Draper-branded, which are a higher-specification product and come at a higher cost price.
We completely understand this is not ideal, and we’re very sorry for the situation
If you’re interested, we can offer the Draper equivalent at a discounted price as a gesture of goodwill.
