An efficient service
An efficient service. Goods were delivered within the time scale promised. All goods were in good order. Having researched several companies online before ordering Trade pipes came out as the best in terms of price. The quality is at least equal to or above my expectations.

Upon investigation, it appears this order was delivered several days ago, and this information was sent to the mobile number provided by you when the order was placed online originally. You should also have received prior contact from the courier on the morning of delivery to advise you of a two-hour delivery window.
With this in mind, we feel that a two-star review is unfair, as no contact was made with us prior to you leaving this review, otherwise we would have been happy to advise further and provide any relevant proof of delivery documents. Despite this, we appreciate any and all feedback in order to improve our service moving forward.
