I was new to driving and had the pleasure of being taught by Dean Andrew’s in Bournemouth, Drive as a company always answered questions swiftly and nothing was ever too much, the process of setting up my package and getting an instructor was easy and smooth.
Dean my instructor was amazing he was very knowledgeable answered any questions and made my whole learning experience a smooth and stress free experience with his sense of humour and calm approach even on the hardest days I felt at ease and the whole experience was self centred to my needs and goals and I passed on my second test. I would highly recommend.

First driving school I contacted and last, I had a good feeling about them & after chatting to Phil and telling him I’d do my due diligence & ring around other schools I went against my normal routine and messaged drive straight back.
The whole experience was very easygoing, Phil wasn’t pushy but very polite & really knowledgeable on all the information. I felt comfortable enough to ask about anything I didn’t understand and was pleasantly surprised at the clear and confident responses Phil gave
I’ll be starting my lessons soon and be back to update.

Maybe want to retrain your instructors have it on camera you nearly crashed into my wife’s car today as you were instructing a learner and they were in the wrong lane at the mini roundabout you didn’t stop them and tried to get the to go into her lane disgusting way to teach learners you should be ashamed of yourself I would not recommend this company to learn anyone if that’s how you teach learners.

Cain has been amazing - being nervous is only the start of it - no pressure put on me to book like some of the other companies I have called - he listened and understood and then gave me all of the information I needed to make a firm decision - he did not even contact me until I contacted him first - Thanks Cain for your help

I really enjoyed the webinar and found it very helpful and informative. The trainer explained everything clearly and gave me a much better understanding of the course and what I need to focus on, especially passing Part 1 and Part 2. I learned a lot from the session and feel more confident about moving forward with my training. Thank you for a great and useful webinar!

Followed a driver - FN21 XWW middle lane hogging on the M4, no wonder half the British public do it if this is the state of our instructors.

I signed up to become a driving instructor made payment of £250 followed by 5 payments of £161 i hardly used the online course then my father passsd away drive refused to refund my money then said if i tried to claim it back through my bank and money is refunded they would appoint a debt recovery company to make me payback the outstanding amount this is discusting behavourand also theft i would avoid these guys at all costs they make u sign all these terms and conditions so u dont have a chance.

Getting in contact with drive was simple and easy, and the instructor, Tony, I had was impeccable. Not only is he just an all round great guy, but he teaches driving in a way that is so easily understood and comes naturally.

Phil was super efficient and sorted me lessons within a few days!

Ever helpful & not left waiting on answers and/or queries I may have had. This is on both email & phone calls, it really helps having that support. All discussions I’ve had with the Drive team have been extremely useful which helped me plan ahead.

Andrew was a helpful customer service representative and made my registration seamless. He was patient and very resourceful. I hope for the best, as I had anticipated a successful session and a passing grade at the end of my training.
