DRIVE Driving School Avis 

Followed a driver - FN21 XWW middle lane hogging on the M4, no wonder half the British public do it if this is the state of our instructors.

I signed up to become a driving instructor made payment of £250 followed by 5 payments of £161 i hardly used the online course then my father passsd away drive refused to refund my money then said if i tried to claim it back through my bank and money is refunded they would appoint a debt recovery company to make me payback the outstanding amount this is discusting behavourand also theft i would avoid these guys at all costs they make u sign all these terms and conditions so u dont have a chance.

Getting in contact with drive was simple and easy, and the instructor, Tony, I had was impeccable. Not only is he just an all round great guy, but he teaches driving in a way that is so easily understood and comes naturally.

Phil was super efficient and sorted me lessons within a few days!

Ever helpful & not left waiting on answers and/or queries I may have had. This is on both email & phone calls, it really helps having that support. All discussions I’ve had with the Drive team have been extremely useful which helped me plan ahead.

Andrew was a helpful customer service representative and made my registration seamless. He was patient and very resourceful. I hope for the best, as I had anticipated a successful session and a passing grade at the end of my training.

Cain was wonderful in helping after i had spent a while struggling to email them. Reached out and was pleasant to talk to.

Wendy batchelor was a great instructor and taught me well. Didn’t need many hours and passed first time thanks to Wendy’s help

A few messages back and forth with Phil and boom, lessons sorted. Excellence given in communication and ease of booking, as it should be.

Really easy to book and Sam was super helpful got me quick availability, gave quick replies and helped me understand the process. Would recommend to new drivers.

Wendy Batchelor has been such a great, in fact, person instructor. She has helped me so much; from not knowing the basics to passing my driving test & being fully confident in around just a month. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience whilst learning how to drive.

Aamir Naseer is an excellent instructor. Got me passed in 20 hours with tailored teaching methods targeting my weak points which ultimately got me test ready today. First time pass with Aamir. Would definitley reccomend.

My son had a fantastic experience with Wendy Batchelor teaching him to drive. He passed first time. Wendy stepped in last minute when my Son was let down by another instructor. Wendy was professional, calm and friendly and built my son's confidence and skills to test ready very quickly. She gave very detailed notes after each lesson both verbally and on the App. Sent text updates regularly on booking, future lessons and payment.
