DRIVE Driving School Avis

Wendy made me feel so comfortable in the car even if I made mistakes. She explained everything thoroughly before I attempted anything and she was so easy to talk to. Couldn’t recommend anyone more.

My son had a fantastic experience with Wendy Batchelor teaching him to drive. He passed first time. Wendy stepped in last minute when my Son was let down by another instructor. Wendy was professional, calm and friendly and built my son's confidence and skills to test ready very quickly. She gave very detailed notes after each lesson both verbally and on the App. Sent text updates regularly on booking, future lessons and payment. Great service and I will be in touch when my younger son reaches 17. Thank you

Absolute game-changer for ADI training!
Training to become a driving instructor felt completely overwhelming at first, but this school made the entire process seamless from day one. Between the ongoing support and guidance from Garry and the team, I’ve never felt like just a number on a spreadsheet—every single person genuinely cares about your progress.
I honestly couldn't have done it without a massive shout-out to Jo. She has been an absolute rock through every single high and low of my training—there were happy milestones, plenty of stressful moments, and yes, even a few tears along the way! Jo handled every single one of them with incredible patience, empathy, and professionalism. Beyond the structured training, it’s those little personal moments from Jo, Garry, and Mike also and the team that make you feel truly appreciated and valued.
If you are looking for a training school that genuinely invests in its students, and mentors who will champion you through every hurdle, book with them immediately. Thank you so much, Jo!

Really happy with the help and support I’ve received from the team at DRIVE while training to be a driving instructor. Jos and Debbie in particular has been fantastic, can’t praise them enough!

The training received from Drive has been amazing. Their on hand support and guidance has been great.
Thank you so much to all the team

My driving instructor couldnt have been much worse. He wouldn’t listen to what i was saying, he only seemed to care about doing the lessons for the money, he wasnt very helpful, i didnt feel comfortable sitting in the car with him. He would pull me up on a very busy road to criticise me on a minor issue. He was often late to my lessons, didnt talk me through anything if i needed assistance while i was driving, he would also tell me wrong directions (ones which arent possible) or would leave it very late to tell me which way i needed to go

Great experience when joining on, Cain sorted the initial payment and found an instructor real quick. Quick and easy process.

I feel so grateful to have had a brilliant instructor. Leigh was so helpful and kind always kept me at ease and made me feel comfortable. Such a lovely man!

I’m really proud to say that I passed my driving test with 0 faults!!, and I honestly couldn’t have done it without my instructor, Dean! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dean has been patient, professional, and genuinely supportive from start to finish. He explains everything clearly, gives proper constructive feedback, and always makes you feel calm and confident behind the wheel. Every lesson actually felt useful, focused on improving the areas I needed, building my road awareness, and getting me fully ready for the test.

By the time test day came, I felt prepared and in control, and getting a clean sheet result was the best feeling. I’m genuinely grateful for all the time and effort Dean put into helping me get there.

If you’re looking for a driving instructor in Bournemouth & Poole, go to my guy Dean. You won’t regret it !!!!

I highly recommend my driving instructor - Amy Wigglesworth! She was incredibly patient, supportive, and encouraging throughout my lessons. She explained everything clearly, corrected my mistakes in a positive way, and helped me build the confidence and skills I needed to pass my driving test.

I’m genuinely grateful for all her guidance and support. She made the whole learning experience comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you so much Amy for helping me achieve my goal! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Spoke to Phil to book in lessons great guy no messing around booked me straight in.

Sam was very helpful when it came to booking my first driving lesson !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely brilliant service from Sam at DRIVE! I was amazed at how quickly they managed to find me an intensive course, especially when I was looking to get started as soon as possible.

The price was excellent compared with other intensive courses I’d looked at, and even better, they managed to secure me a super early start date, which I honestly wasn’t expecting!

Sam was incredibly helpful, friendly and quick to respond throughout the whole booking process and made everything so easy. I went from searching for a course to having everything arranged in no time at all.

Would absolutely recommend DRIVE to anyone looking for an intensive driving course — and a huge thank you to Sam for making it happen so quickly! 😊🚗

Of all the main driving instructor courses this felt the most personal. I have been very impressed with the recruitment team and the course work is very clear and intuitive. Thank you for all the support so far.

Sam has been very helpful and supportive. I received a quick response from them when I first contacted and after providing my availability they were able to help with an instructor and now I’m booked for lessons. Excited! Thank you Sam for all the great work!

I passed my test today thanks to Cathy Murphy. Absolutely amazing instructor - prepared me very well and was able to answer every question I had. Would thoroughly recommend!

I chose to train with Drive to become an approved driving instructor (ADI). The whole process has been smooth and intuitive. Training resources are very high quality; trainers themselves are very knowledgeable and approachable. Ultimately I ended up passing both my Part 2 and 3 tests first time.
Thank you Drive!

Graham is a brilliant driving instructor! He was very patient, friendly and explained everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence behind the wheel. Couldn’t have asked for a better teacher. I passed my test with 0 minors! Would definitely recommend him to anyone learning to drive.

The response was quick and clear.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Josh Medley as my instructor. He was very supportive and knowledgeable, always encouraging and never holding me back. He remained calm and gave me constructive feedback regularly as well as doing recaps at the end of each lesson. Honestly such a great vibe and a pleasure to have learned and passed with you. THANK YOUUU! ☺️
