When I was first partnered with Adam France, I was very new to driving in general and not just from a practical perspective, but also when it came to the academic side of driving.Adam was not only incredibly supportive and patient, but he was also just as eager as I was to see me pass my driving test. He always allowed me to try things in a way that I felt comfortable with, adapting his approach to suit me and help me build my confidence.He was always punctual, professional, and took great pride in his work. His knowledge and skill as a driver are amongst the highest I have experienced, and he was always willing to share that knowledge and help me improve. He also takes great pride in his colleagues and is always quick to praise and support those around him.I had the pleasure of sitting beside Adam throughout my journey, and I genuinely cannot thank him enough for all the support, patience, and guidance he gave me. He played a huge part in helping me get over the line

Communication via WhatsApp and email was excellent. Very prompt responses answering all the queries I had. I requested a call to discuss the some other things and I was called straight away. Very understanding call handler and feel happy with service.

I was started my PDI journey and successfully pass my part 3 test.

I was contacted by one of the representative, Cole. He helped me book 10 hours lesson for 350 pound, he was very active and replied very fast. I would absolutely recommend him.

I have had a very good experience with Drive and all the trainers and staff are very Professional and friendly.

The reasons for only 4 stars are
1. I think the training books could be tweaked a bit as I thought they were a bit too repetitive especially the books for the 40 hours training for part 3.

2. Alot of Driving instructors work weekends, so I think we should have access to training support at weekends, not just Monday to Friday.

Huge thank you to Yasin Imir for helping me pass my driving test! He is professional, reliable, and incredibly easy to get along with. He gave me the exact skills and confidence I needed to become a safe driver. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Definitely five stars!

My instructor Michelle Mckie was amazing, and very patient. Unfortunately, I failed my first test, but due to the Test Guarantee, the company payed for my next test, and I was particularly impressed by how helpful Cole, a member of the booking team, was in ensuring that I was reimbursed for my test.

Cain was very helpful with booking my lessons, I am excited to take my first lesson on Friday. DRIVE Driving School offer 10 lessons for £350, the best price I have come across so far, plus guarantee that if you don't pass your driving test first time, they will pay for you to take it again.

I booked lessons with DRIVE Driving School and was preparing for my practical driving test with instructor Mohammed Jami.

On the day of my test, I arrived at the test centre ready to take my exam, only to be told by the examiner that the instructor’s vehicle could not be used because it did not have a valid MOT. As a result, my test was cancelled before it even started.

This was extremely frustrating and disappointing after all the time, preparation and money I had invested. I paid £105 for the use of the vehicle and instructor’s time on the day, and I also lost my £62 driving test fee. I now have to find another test date, with no availability at the test centre where I had been learning, meaning further lessons and additional costs.

I submitted a formal complaint to DRIVE and was told I would receive a response within 28 days. That timeframe has now passed, and despite acknowledging my complaint, I have received no response or resolution.

I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled and would not recommend this driving school at all.

Phoned for some reassurance and spoke to an Adam what he don’t know you don’t need to know.
