Transform Learning Academy: Effective Service
I have just started the Business Analyst Course with Transform Learning Academy (TLA), and I am incredibly impressed. The platform is highly informative, and the representatives have been exceptionally supportive.
The team goes above and beyond to provide tailored assistance, which has been especially valuable to me as a student with a non-tech background. During my kick-off session, I needed clarification on a few points, and the team responded promptly with clear and helpful answers. From onboarding to this point, the service has been seamless and highly professional.
Before joining the academy, I had a lot of fear and uncertainty due to my lack of knowledge in tech. However, the consistent support I’ve received has boosted my confidence and fuelled my enthusiasm for the program.

I had an amazing experience throughout the BA programme. The two-day webinar with Cristina was not only engaging but packed with real-world insights. Over the following three months, Maj and Aneesa provided outstanding support through project work and coaching calls — their guidance made all the difference.
Thanks to the comprehensive resources from TLA including live training, detailed workbooks, practical modules, and past papers. I was able to pass my BCS exam on the first attempt.
