Liberty Medical Avis 

Update: We never ended up getting our device. Not to the fault of the company I don’t believe, but fedex lost it somewhere along the way. I knew it was a risk with overnight shipping but regardless I feel like we should be issued a refund or even a partial refund being that the device was never even in our hands, not worried about being charged for a lost device also out of my control. I appreciate the work that they did trying to get it to us before our flight, but it’s disappointing that I’m out so much money for something I never even got even 5 days after overnight shipping.

I am so happy we found liberty medical. We were in a tight spot for our baby getting put on oxygen just a few days before our trip. They worked with me for a few days making sure we found the right fit for our time frame as well as keeping our little man safe. Thankful for their quick work and care.

My experience was so good and they help me to understand what happens and how it all works they were so kind. will use this company again.

I contacted Liberty and asked for information on purchasing a portable oxygen concentrator that was a trusted brand that was at a reasonable price that I could afford. I was given information on new and used products. I purchased my portable oxygen concentrator from Liberty a month later. I was happy with the lady I dealt with throughout my decision and purchase. She was very informative, professional, patient and kind. I enjoyed doing business with her.

We were left high and dry when we thought we were going with Oxygen to Go. My 87 yr old mother broke down and cried. I tried to figure out what had happened and was unsatisfied with there service or explanations. Liberty Medical answered promptly, returned calls with some prompting, and really made everything come together to get a portable oxygen for mom to fly home to her own place. Yvette was kind, professional and easy to talk to. She offered assistance if we needed help with the forms and showed us exactly what we were getting and how to return it after we got her home. I am very happy with this company and it’s compassion.
