I love this company.

When I needed a portable concentrator to travel with my mom to Europe 2 years ago, they sent all of the needed supplies as promised. Such an easy transaction. 2 years later, I needed an different model that could deliver continuous oxygen. We ended up purchasing a refurbished model and it was another, very seamless, easy transaction.

Sadly, my mom passed away recently. I contacted Liberty to inquire about their repurchase program and we were able to reach an agreement that was fair and hassle free. They are now 3 for 3 on a positive service experience.

Service was amazing in every transaction, and they delivered as promised. I cannot say enough good things!

I stumbled across this company by accident. I buy American and prefer to shop with Vets. A Saturday call to their Odessa office resulted in an education from Krista I would otherwise have missed if left to my own. She was professional, compassionate, informed, and patient, something at 78 years old I now need more and more. I honestly felt like family. Today, Monday, my Saturday call to them was followed up promptly by Yevette, an obvious clone of Krista. Having called five other suppliers last week, this was the call where magic was performed, I got the equipment and instructions I needed, the care and consideration of a King and the good humor of family. This will be my medical supplier from now on. Period!!

*Updated to 5 stars once I understood the testing process that had to be done before completing the buyback. Super responsive company.

I used Liberty Medical's buyback program for oxygen concentrators. They were quick to respond, provided a fair quote for the equipment, and sent prepaid shipping labels for sending the equipment to them. They were very responsive throughout the process. It did take 2 weeks to receive payment, which is the only bit of the process that might be improved.
