Liberty Medical Avis 

This was my first time having to deal with oxygen for my son for a flight we were taking. Every person I spoke with at the company was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They walked me through all of the steps, the different machines, battery life, etc... I felt that I was in very good hands and that my son would be just fine. I will definitely use them again the next time this situation arises. Wonderful company, wonderful people!

Liberty Medical is one of the most sincere businesses that I have ever dealt with. Tony, Krista, and their staff are absolutely dedicated professionals. They care about their clients and do everything possible to see that everyone receives exactly what they want in a very timely and efficient manner.

Rental of POC for a recent trip went off without a hitch! Staff at Liberty Medical were awesome in getting all the medical information they needed without us having to do it. They (Liberty Medical) also made sure our equipment was delivered to us when they said it would be. Everything went so smoothly. I will definitely use them again should I travel by airplane or make a long trip again! Liberty Medical staff did an awesome job and this company is veteran-owned which is the #1 reason I chose this company!!

Took some doing to get it to work correctly in the vehicle i was traveling in. But i called and Tony talked me through it, though i felt like he was talking to me like he thought i was stupid

I rented from them for my trip. The product arrived exactly when it was due. The handle had broken off in transport. I called the 24 hour service number. THE OWNER called me back! She assured me that I wouldn't be charged for damages. She then gave me her personal phone number to call anytime and wished me safe travels. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the handle was broken. (There was a rolling cart included in the shipment, and due to my late ordering there wasn't enough time to reship a replacement.)

I live in Denver. Liberty was extremely reliable. I received my oxygen concentrator a day earlier than promised. Everything needed was in the box, including a return shipping label. I was only charged for the period from when my plane left and returned. Everything worked perfectly.
I was concerned that I was investing over $400 up front. Before ordering I spoke with two of the company's executives. They were very helpful and supportive. I felt that if I encountered any problems, they would treat me fairly.
