Could not be easier. Was so worried about my first vacation away from the security of my home oxygen and this was SUPERB! Didn't even feel like I was away from my own bed at night. Instant set up and packing up was a breeze. A thousand thanks and look forward to using your service again.

All are great employees and get the job done

Everyone was very helpful and reassuring. We had never used or rented a unit before and had many questions and fears. Staff was wonderful even after many calls with new concerns before we left. All went well coming and going by plane. Will use Liberty again when needed.

Shipped me a defective Stationary charger and when I called they refused to acknowledge that the part was defective.
When I called a Technical support person stated that he would send me a manual regarding the use of the stationary charger, nothing was ever sent.
He practically argued with me on the phone.
Extremely poor customer service.

I rented a POC and they were extremely helpful and professional and patient in explaining things to me and making sure I had exatly all that was needed. I would highly recommend them.

Customer Service was top notch. Can't say enough about how wonderful Yvette was to deal with over the phone. She helped to make decisions on which travel oxygen concentrator to rent for our vacation and explain everything in great detail. Also, a plus that she speaks Spanish. Would definitely recommend Liberty Medical.

You have a good company going. The people were very helpful. I received the product in time for our trip. However you guys are very very expensive. And it’s unfortunate that you are no longer in my state. It’s also Very unfortunate that you cost so much to use. You say you give a discount and you really don’t that’s the way the ball bounces I guess.

We leased a small concentrator from Liberty Medical for my husband to use on a flight and visit to Denver. We had attempted to lease one from his regular local oxygen equipment supplier. They were very difficult to work with and our time was running out before the flight. I found Liberty Medical via Frontier Airlines website. Their customer service exceeded my expectations. The equipment arrived on time for his trip in great condition and came with fabulous instructions. He could not have gone on the trip without Liberty Medical.
