Very professional and friendly. Great to work with! Reasonable cost to rent my oxygen machine...

After I decided on the oxy machine I wanted, I placed the order and waited for something to happen. Many days went by, and I had to contact them, instead of them contacting me with status updates. When I got in touch with one of the reps, they couldn't find my order and it took some time for them to actually find it. It was almost as though I had to contact them after the initial call...just to make sure I wanted something from them. I purchased my machine outright, and I had the sense that things would have been much smoother if I had "leased" the machine.

Thank you for making the process to obtain portable oxygen easy. I appreciate the expertise of the prompt, professional, pleasant staff.

I needed a portable oxygen unit for an emergency airline flight for my wife and the staff at Denver Liberty Medical went, in my opinion, way out of their way to make it happen. They dealt with the airline, getting the script from the doctor, and even staying after office hours on a Friday so I could pick up the unit. Many, many thanks to them. Returning the unit was also a breeze. I usually only give out 4 stars, but these guys really deserve the 5th one! The best.

Other than having a little difficulty getting in touch with them at first (they were in the middle of moving offices), once we made contact the whole transaction was simple and seamless. I’d recommend using them and will do so myself in the future. I rented a machine for a trip skiing at altitude to minimize the altitude symptoms i usually get. It worked really well!!

When a person needs travel oxygen it should last longer than 2 hours. The staff was great but was not impressed by the machine. It was almost 300 a week and I had it 2. So for 600 dollars I was half way to buying one. Next time I will have to look for another option.

My first experience with Liberty Medical was July 2017.I feel most fortunate to have had Jace Hensley,operations Manager,to assist me thru two POC rentals and ultimately my purchase of my Inogen One G3 in August of this year. Jace has always been most professional,courteous,competent and efficient. She made my rental and purchase experiences joy.Similarly,Logan Lee,Logistics Director,and Toney Carrasco insured my prompt receipt of my POCs.I have nothing but praise for Liberty Medical.An excellent company!!!

I rented a oxygen concentrator from Liberty Medical for an airplane trip that I had booked before I knew I had an oxygen problem. They got the equipment to me in plenty of time. The instructions were very easy to understand and the return process was simple. I plan on buying equipment for travel from Liberty Mutual as soon as I find out exactly what I need.
